Elk viewing just miles from the location. Enjoy stargazing at Cherry Springs Statepark. Enjoy hunting or hiking as property is minutes from State Forest Land. One of Potter County's many snowmobile trails runs right through the property. Walking distance to the Potter County Pub. Watch wildlife outside.

For ATV's or snow mobiles, we have ample parking area & many trails very close to the property! Wood stove heat to keep you toasty warm - we provide the wood!
