Our large 5 bedroomed family home is set in the peaceful village of Belton just 2 mins drive from the M180. It offers spacious living accommodation with a garden backing onto open fields with many paths to explore the Lincolnshire countryside. It is ideal for a family gathering or business colleagues. It is close to the historic town of Epworth and within walking distance of local pubs and takeaways. Yorkshire Wildlife Park is a short drive away; York and Lincoln are less than an hours drive.

Take time out and relax in this calm, stylish, rural space. Enjoy spending time in the luxury setting, surrounded by farmland and nice views with your home amenities. Take in the views from your super king bed, large freestanding bath or the Juliet balcony. Relax in the large living area watching your favourite films on the 75inch smart TV, WIFI and surround sound. You have a kitchen that is equipped with electric fan cooker and 2 hobs to cook your meals and a dinning table to eat them at.

Our spacious annex is the perfect place for a peaceful nights sleep. Located in the picturesque village of Crowle, surrounded by the Lincolnshire countryside. Luxurious king size bed, good wi-fi connection, spacious lounge area to relax in, newly fitted bathroom with shower and bath, tea, toast & full kitchen. On-street free parking, close walking distance to local shops and pubs for evening meals. Crowle train station 1.7 miles, 6 minute drive. Good motorway connection from M62, M18, M180.

Or if fishing is your thing there are 10 lakes to choose from. We have an Indian, Thai, Italian & dog friendly pubs with live music, hairdressers, beauty salons, a bakery & food shops. A short drive away there’s a Nature reserve, play barn, golf, tennis, fishing & a little zoo as well as Blyton ice cream & racetrack. A stream with ducks is in the next village. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Can I introduce you to my beautyful cottage at the outskirts of Doncaster in Hatfield. It can be your own little space however long you wish for. The back of the property is surounded by lovely little cottage gardens. You have lovely views of the countryside from the first floor of the property. We have taken a great deal of care and detail to our two-bedroom cottage with the ultimate aim to be able to offer you a wonderful stay.

During colder months bags of logs are available for £7 or guests are welcome to bring their own untreated/unpainted wood.
