The second floor loft, located under the roof, can be used as an additional sleeping area. Extra mattresses are available upstairs, along with access to a small balcony. Please note that there are no toilets upstairs. The main indoor bathroom facilities are located downstairs, and there is also an outdoor toilet and outdoor shower available. The facilities are simple, rustic, and fully functional. For safety and comfort reasons, guests should be aware that the loft sleeping area is accessed via a steep staircase and may not be suitable for young children, elderly guests, or individuals with reduced mobility. The loft is located under the roof, features sloped ceilings, and does not have air conditioning. Many guests enjoy the cozy atmosphere and unique character of the space, but we prefer to ensure that everyone clearly understands the layout and amenities before booking.

MP Apartments Leyte are cozy, modern yet with the finest bed linen to ensure peaceful, comfortable sleep. The modern kitchen with double induction stove will allow you to prepare your meals. You can park your car right in front of your apartment door. Drive 7 min. to Inopacan Cuatro Islas port, 7-min drive to Hindang Market, 7-Eleven, 20 min. drive to Hilongos Port, Metro supermarket. We also have solar system back up (and generator) as well as Starlink internet (Satellite) as back up.
