The apartment is a 1965 square foot 2-bedroom with a king-size bed in each bedroom. A full kitchen, a very large living dining kitchen area, a private patio, a gas log fireplace, huge TVs, and a jaw-dropping view of WCU and Cullowhee NC and yes a killer hot tub to soak in the view. The best of everything!

Catamount Cottage is a quaint retreat for either a single traveler or a couple. Located less than 1/2 mile from WCU and a 15-minute drive from downtown Sylva, it's perfect for work or play! This modern studio cottage is situated on a private drive in a residential area. The kitchenette, with granite countertops and an eat-in bar, has all of the amenities you might need. If there is work to do, you can utilize the dedicated high-speed internet and work from the bar-top or on the front deck.

This brand new cabin sits directly across from the Tuckasegee River. It’s called Fishin Hole because it’s the hot spot for fly fisherman all over the country. Tons of beautiful trout to catch! Walnut Grove Farmhouse, a renovated 1930s era home, is a remnant of an old farm. We are situated on 17 acres of rolling hills with handsome views from the upper pasture along with a stand of 14 walnut trees. Sit a spell on the porch, listen to the trickling brook (a roaring brook when we get significant rain), the sound of birds, the sounds at night and maybe some turkeys will venture through. We are located midway between Franklin and Dillsboro, Sylva, Cullowhee.
