Need to get away and enjoy a quiet retreat? Star gaze at night via hot tub, roast marshmallows from the fire pit and take in the mountainside ambiance from the porch. The Reserve is conveniently located between Charlottesville and Culpeper, Va. Newly constructed, this mid-century modern design delivers luxurious amenities with a breathtaking "tree house" feel, featuring an open concept living area surrounded with panoramic views. Seeing is believing in this one of a kind getaway in the woods.

The Acorn: Private loft in Horse Country

Take it easy at a tranquil getaway on Fauquier County's historic Springs Road. Enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset from the deck. Take in the local wineries or some Civil War history. Catch the Gold Cup Races at Great Meadows, or travel to Skyline Drive to hike in the beautiful Blue Ridge. Fresh eggs are available at Whiffletree Farm right down the road. We're 40 minutes from the Metro and all DC has to offer! Full kitchen. Veteran owned. (Sadly, all our beloved goats have passed 🐐 )

NOTE: Prices shown are for 2 bedrooms, 1 queen and 1 double, and 2 baths. For access to 3rd bedroom, at an additional fee which includes one double and one single, set number of guests to 5 or 6. Access to laundry. Cozy front porch, tons of parking, screened in porch out back for dining or relaxing.

This charming cottage, situated on a picturesque 14-acre property, 5 minutes from historic Warrenton offers a serene escape. Enjoy a walk in the woods, a visit with the animals, or a frolic on the pond. Access our private yoga studio & gym. Be greeted by our two Labs “Emma” and “Dani”, “Kane” the horse, mini donkeys’ “Mocha” and “Latte” and our brood of hens named after our kids’ favorite pop stars.

Sunset Retreat a cabin off the beaten path

Relaxation and quiet are two words that come to mind at Sunset Retreat. Close enough to stores for convenience but far enough away for solitude. Large yard, fire pit and concrete area if children want to create a masterpiece in chalk, there is also a tree swing next to woods. Close to many wineries, breweries and hiking. No WIFI or satellite tv, we have antenna only. You are welcome to bring your own hotspot . We have one smart tv. There is also a private in ground pool for summer time use.
