Unique barn apartment has Virginia farm charm with bucolic views from the down stairs windows but private cozy space with a comfy king sized bed, private bath with claw foot tub, skylights, bright pine floors. Full kitchen is furnished with coffee pot, toaster, microwave. You will be down on the farm in the old dairy barn near the farm house. 250 acs & you are welcome to wind down, cook, take a walk or explore the Brandy Station battlefields. Visit a nearby pub or Culpeper restaurants. Welcome.

This beautifully well lit contemporary apartment is located above Stonewall Abbey Wellness in vibrant downtown Sperryville. Private entrance leads you to a gorgeous apartment with a fully supplied kitchen, warm electric fireplace and outdoor eating area (small gas grill).
