Maybe wine is more to your liking...it's a matter of which winery do I choose first. Enjoy hiking...then nearby Michaux State Forest is the perfect place to go or the Cumberland Rails to Trails. Perhaps you prefer to just relax and enjoy dinner on the deck or sit around a firepit and enjoy the evening. Whatever your preference, be sure to enjoy your "home away from home."

(all within 3 miles) We are central to Gettysburg and Hershey (30 miles), Harrisburg,Carlisle, Boiling Springs, Allen Berry Play house, the Appalachian Trail, and LeTort Spring Run! Welcome to The Downtown Retreat! Just a few short blocks from the campus of Dickinson College and a quick stroll to historic downtown Carlisle restaurants and shopping. Visit one of the many car shows at Carlisle Fairgrounds, or tour the Army Heritage Center. A short drive to historic Gettysburg, the orchards of Adams County, and the capital city Harrisburg, and more! The Downtown Retreat offers all the amenities of home, and the ideal location to spend a couple nights close to it all!

Cozy Farmhouse Cottage

This cottage was once the washhouse for the adjoining 1790's farmhouse and has been recently renovated into a cozy retreat, overlooking the quiet fields and rolling mountains of Boiling Springs. The queen bed in the loft and double bed in the back room offers flexibility for a quick getaway or long-term stays. Head to the private deck for a meal and view of the sunset in the evening. Carlisle is just up the road and Harrisburg is only a 25-minute drive. Come and be refreshed.

Enjoy this 2 bedroom historic home in Downtown Carlisle, PA. This home is recently renovated, has free on street parking, and is within walking distance to downtown Carlisle. This rental is located UP a flight of steep steps! This rental is a townhouse, there are neighbors on both sides and below! This space is IN TOWN, please expect to hear the noises associated with living in town. Please do not book if you are not used to townhouse, in town, noise level! Space is SMALL.

Includes a private entrance and parking.

Pet friendly Creekside Cabin in Landisburg, PA. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. Down a lane along the creek in the peaceful mountains. Nice getaway with lots of nearby outdoor activities! Hiking nearby at Colonel Denning State Park, Audubon Hawk Watch, Opossum Lake and Little Buffalo State Park. Outdoor fire pit next to the creek and propane fire pit on the back porch for rainy days. PLEASE NOTE - the cabin is in the woods, you will encounter bugs and animals.

Edgewater Lodge

A perfect place to get away from the stresses of life to relax and unwind . You Can have a seat on the large porch overlooking the Conodoguinet creek and enjoy watching nature , watch your kids playing and splashing in the creek , make dinner with the BBQ grill on the back patio or be just plain lazy ! There is no tv at this place , our goal is to have our guests enjoy nature and in this way be refreshed and ready to go back to work.

Cottage on our horse farm

"Dream on Farm" has a cottage that is cozy, airy and very spacious. It is very comfortable for 2 and can accommodate 6. Full kitchen, living area and bathroom. Bring your horses and/or dogs. 25 min. from Gettysburg, 5 min. from local golfing. 1 acre fenced in for monitored dog run area. Great internet and smart TV. No cleaning or dog Fees so we ask you to be considerate. Thank you.
