Entrance hall, one main bed-sitting room with table for eating/ working, own shower room and kitchen. Use of EV charging point by arrangement. There is no TV.

Walking distance to two local pubs, a shop/post office, a beautiful church, and countryside trails. There is a regular bus into Oxford or Abingdon. The Cotswolds are just a short drive away for memorable day trips. A well-loved family home, perfect for families, holiday groups, and professionals who will treat the space with care and respect. Dogs are welcome.

Our beautiful, very spacious Victorian town house is situated in a lovely quiet road favoured by academics and creatives. We have 4 large double bedrooms, spacious living spaces and parking for 2 small/medium cars. We include crisp white linens and towels which are high temperature washed and the house is deep cleaned. Vibrant East Oxford has some of the best restaurants and cafes. We are a short walk from Magdalen Bridge, the Botanical Gardens, punting and the historic city centre.

Cotswold cottage in Kingham “The Old Smithy”

Slow down and recharge at The Old Smithy. Built about 600 years ago, this Cotswold stone blacksmiths forge has been transformed into a cosy retreat for two. Kingham is a highly sought after village in the heart of the Cotswolds. With a wealth of brilliant pubs and wonderful countryside walks on our doorstep, you can bring your dog along to enjoy too. The Kingham Plough and The Wild Rabbit, are a short walk away. Daylesford Organic Farm Shop and Bamford club a longer walk/short drive.
