Secluded Stone Cabin w/ Wood-Fired Hot Tub

Peaceful retreat to unplug and unwind. This off‑the‑grid experience has no electricity or flushing toilets, we do provide the essentials: running hot water, an outhouse, and propane lighting. Stay includes access to a handcrafted, wood‑fired hot. (Tub is still under construction. Landscaping and some final details are not finished.) Four-wheel-drive, or high-profile two-wheel drive vehicles are needed to get to the cabin. We must greet guests at arrival to show you how to use the propane lights.

An Ozark Oasis in the middle of a working cattle ranch, this custom designed home offers deluxe comfort. With multiple decks, porches and views out every window, this home is the perfect getaway for romantic retreats, family and friends to relax and make memories, artists and writers to host workshops or retreats, or even the single person to just get away from it all. Leave the city behind, escape to Hardy and enjoy Kiwanie Lake, just 2 blocks from the Southfork of the Spring River. Our a-frame cabin is great for one, two or three people. Or, add it to your larger group renting our house next door (Hardy Lakehouse Lilypad)! Enjoy your own dock on the lake or paddle and fish the rivers close by. Kayaks for the lake are included with your rental. Conveniently located just 2 miles to downtown Hardy or Cherokee Village. Walmart close by for easy shopping.

The Shanty is located on private sandy beach on the Eleven Point River- great for fishing, swimming, boating, & floating!
