This was an amazing and beautiful place to stay. It was very clean and we had the host check in to make sure that everything was good.

For us, Geri's place was an experience stay. it is very remote in exceptionally beautiful country. We were in the area to visit a relative and enjoyed our stay. We did have a problem with the door lock in the evening which Geri promptly responded to and corrected. Overall our experience was good. The king size mattress was very comfortable, although it would benefit from some nicer bedding. For example, there was no mattress pad and one of the blankets was an old electric blanket (with no cord provided) which was scratchy/uncomfortable. We encountered a number of crickets and other bugs but this could be in part from the air conditioner units not being sealed around the edges. And it's a farm/rural area, so some bugs would be expected. I think groups of hunters might really enjoy this property. (We loved the remoteness and the cute kitty who hung around the house.) The Nest was the perfect spot for my week long getaway to visit a friend. The hosts were very awesome!

The cabin was beautifully restored and comfortable. We enjoyed the friendly farm dogs, who accompanied us on a marvelous walk among the farm fields. We enjoyed speaking with the owner about the farm’s history and operations while hearing cows calling and birds singing. This is a lovely place, worth the drive out of town. We purchased mostly prepared food for dinner and breakfast at a market in Gothenburg, which worked out well.

Jilleen was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. We were in town for a loved one’s funeral and needed additional cookware to which she had waiting for us (I asked prior to arrival about having a big roasting pan and said I could easily bring mine if she didn’t). We didn’t hear the neighbors or street traffic. It was very quiet. There enough parking so that out of state family members that we hadn’t seen for awhile could park. The house is spacious enough that we could visit comfortably and have several “groups” talking at then same time and not disrupt one another. The beds and couches were very comfortable and there was privacy and space for three couples and a toddler. I highly recommend and would stay again if we need to come back over night.

This home is very spacious. We had plenty of room to dine and hang out as a family. It was so nice to have so many bathrooms upstairs. The beds & linens were very comfortable. The porch & back yard were very nice for family to hang out as well. We were in town visiting family & will definitely be renting again. It was a perfect place for my family & sister’s family to stay together so we could dine & play games and share the same space.

Great little house to stay in, felt like we were staying with family! First time using an Airbnb and it was a great experience! The house was easy to get into and we didn't have issues with anything! Instructions where clear and concise.

Bonnie was very accommodating during our stay. Friendly and helpful. Took the kids horseback riding and was always friendly and responsive.
