Our property is easy to get to, yet secluded and quiet with exceptional views of the Hill Country. Cottage 1 has a bedroom with a queen bed and a twin pullout couch. Guests may use the outdoor kitchen / pavilion, large deck, and a fire pit. Dogs welcome.

It is part of a larger cottage that has been divided in two (like a duplex). Only 3 miles from Pedernales Falls Park, Amustus Ranch is near all that the Hill Country has to offer. Nature adventures, wine tasting,and more are all within a short drive of this secluded spot. And, on the breezy deck you can enjoy star gazing. This property is not suitable for children under five years of age.
