Delaney’s Compound-Book now for Summer!

Delaney’s Compound Guest House accommodates up to 4 guests. Dogs are welcome with pre-approval & $75 fee (for 1st pet). A small fenced yard keeps them safe! The Guest House was built using reclaimed lumber & other charming elements from the original farmhouse outbuilding (circa 1889). There’s a cozy fireplace for snuggling and a second floor balcony for coffee or cocktails. The front yard has a fire pit and river views. The Guest House is sparkling clean, fully furnished & ready to welcome you!

The house features a fenced backyard with a gas grill, pellet smoker, and plenty of outdoor seating. The private, neighborhood beach is a 5 minute walk from the house and leashed dogs are allowed on the beach year-round.

Open floor plan with a kitchen, dining room, living room, and office/laundry room. There is a dedicated working from home space that includes a mouse, monitor, and keyboard. The backyard is fully fenced with a patio and table and chairs. The living room has a smart tv that includes Apple TV & a sound bar.

A tucked away rental surrounded by trees . A 1,000 square foot furnished basement apartment with private entrance, laundry room, full kitchen, one bedroom, bathroom, living room and plenty of closet space. Enjoy your morning coffee while sitting outside on the patio. The apartment is adjacent to our pool which guests are welcome to use. Apartment has full size bed, a rollaway twin size bed and a pack and play. Apartment is close to Stafford Hospital and VRE.
