Large 2-bedroom main level living, fenced backyard, and deck. We are pet friendly with no additional fees (although we do expect guest to pick up after them). Plenty of parking on property. Small town Iowa, easy access to WDSM/Waukee/Grimes/Johnston/Adel. Less than a 20 min. drive to an abundance of restaurants, shops, and attractions - not including the great places to eat/visit in town. Beautiful, quiet, tree lined street. Super close to everything: 16 miles to downtown Des Moines, 15 miles to West Des Moines, 10 miles to Saylorville Lake, only 32 miles to Ames The main level has a laundry area, a kitchen, dining room, one bathroom, and a comfy sitting area with a chaise and two recliners—perfect for kicking back and watching TV after a long day. Upstairs you’ll find a bathroom with a shower, 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, 1 bedroom with a twin bed and one extra room that is great for reading or working.

Pets welcome if potty trained, non-destructive. must be in a kennel if left alone for a long period of time. The apartment is professionally cleaned immediately following departure.

Located 1 mile from Interstate 80 in the town of De Soto, a quiet community within a 20 minute drive or less to various towns, including Earlham, Winterset, Stuart, and Adel. West Des Moines and Des Moines are 20-25 minutes. Get comfortable and enjoy plenty of extra room. This spacious place offers a fully fenced yard and plenty of parking in the drive way. Main level has a bedroom with Queen bed and a half bath. Upstairs we have a King suite with full bath shower and tub. In addition to that there is 2 more rooms one with Queen bed and the other has a twin full bunk bed. Second full bath with shower tub and laundry. The 5th bed room is in the basement with a twin daybed with trundle.
