NO CLEANING FEES. NO TO DO LISTS BEFORE CHECKING OUT. NO PET FEES. Cozy, private one room cottage (with bathroom), run by a loving, easy-going, non-judging family. Cottage measures 12' x 24' (total of 288sq. feet). Very relaxed environment. Flat rate of $50.00. UPDATE: Deck is now enclosed with old window panes. Super cozy. Has a sink with hot/old water, a hot plate, large toaster oven, and utensils. I am am still putting finishing touches on it, but available for use. Pictures soon.

Fish, bike, hike, play billiards, play Pac-Man, Galaxia, play darts, enjoy a movie on 75 in tv w surround sound. Sit around the outdoor fire pit making memories

The 510. Vacation home in the heart of Damascus

Bring everyone along to The 510 for your next adventure in Damascus! With every amenity you may need during your stay, this farmhouse provides ample room for everyone. Located 1 block away from The Virginia Creeper Trail and 3 blocks away from Main St. downtown Damascus. Ride your bikes directly to the trail, or walk to one of Damascus' many bike shuttle services. Enjoy the town park located beside the river right across the street from your home, or enjoy our grill and fire ring each evening.

Hoss’s Tiny House

The tiny house is located behind a big garage with a large gravel parking lot. It is very secluded and quaint away from the main road. The parking area is behind at the back porch on the tiny house were you can sit and enjoy peace and quiet. We are 1 mi from South Holston Lake. 2 mi from Creeper Trail, 6 mi Main Street Abingdon, 8 mi downtown Bristol, 10 mi Bristol Speedway. We have farm animals in the fields beside the tiny house that are very friendly. All the farm animals enjoy visitors.

River House

The River House is a quiet two story farm house that sits on the South Fork of the Holston River. It is halfway between the trail town of Damascus and historic Abingdon. Enjoy the relaxing wrap around porch where you can hear and see the sights of the river. A short walk from the driveway is the Virginia Creeper Trail, the perfect place to hike, bike, or just walk with family. Fish along the bank of the river or take a short trip to the town of Abingdon to visit the Barter Theatre.

Beaver Dam Bungalow, Heart of Damascus Tranquility

Beaver Dam Bungalow is our place of tranquility & activity. Secluded, yet very short walk to town shops & restaurants, Appalachian Trail, town park, bikes shops/shuttles and Virginia Creeper Trail. Our Bungalow is actually over 2,000 square feet. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, two living areas, fenced yard on all 4 sides, front porch, two decks & the soothing sound of Beaver Dam Creek, you'll have plenty of indoor and outdoor space for making memories with your family and friends.

Riverfront Hot Tub in Damascus

Hear the sounds of the creek right behind the cabin and cross the bridge to see the horses! This Land was home to the Cherokees and offers not only a place to stay but an experience. One time PET FEE $90.00 for ONE dog, additional dogs $35/each
