This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

The house offers generous social spaces with open plan downstairs, one more living room upstairs, sunny terrace and a green fun garden.

Tranholmen är en bilfri, lugn, grön, idyllisk ö endast 20 min från centrala Stockholm. Perfekt om du vill kombinera lugnet i skärgården med sightseeing i Stockholms innerstad. Högt läge med sjöutsikt i flera väderstreck. Två stora terrasser med både morgon och kvällssol. Mycket barnvänligt med lekpark, fotbollsplan och sandstrand ett par minuter från huset. En stor studsmatta finns på tomten. Huset nås med SL-färja från Ropsten eller med pool-roddbåtar från Svanholmsparken, Stocksund.

Tre badrum varav två med dusch och ett med badkar och bastu. Utomhus: På den stora terrassen finns loungemöbler, matplats i inglasad pergola, utekök med grillar samt jacuzzi. I trädgården finns pool, solsängar, loungemöbler och studsmatta. Några cyklar finns att låna.

Perfect for commuters, single travellers and couples looking for a central location in a beautiful setting with excellent communications. The apartment is a separate room with privat entrance, located in my flat, with free parking & wifi, close to shopping and Metro at Mörby C.
