Offering easy access by foot to bus routes (2min) and Littlehaven train station (10mins) for those wishing to explore further afield to Brighton, the south coast or London and within easy reach of London Gatwick airport (20mins drive).

The annexe is adjacent to the main house and a perfect country getaway suitable for a quiet holiday, visiting local Sussex attractions, or a handy base for visiting friends or family. The house itself is late Victorian, with generously proportioned rooms and high ceilings. There are 2 interconnecting bedrooms with a shared shower room. Both bedrooms have double beds. Breakfast isn't provided but there is a kitchen for self catering. The living area has a woodburning stove. NB there is no tv!

It theoretically sleeps 10 but suitable for 7 if one prefers sleeping alone. Easy access to Gatwick Airport and Redhill mainline train station.

It sits on the Kent and East Sussex border in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. With its wide range of eating places and shops, Tunbridge Wells is a great base from which to explore the beautiful Garden of England. The owners live alongside the Cowshed but respect your privacy.
