This is an 800 sq ft, ocean front, 1 bedroom/1 bath villa just steps away from the beach for a great escape! It offers ocean views on the deck, off of the open living area and from the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with quartz counter tops and high end stainless steel appliances. The huge spa-like bathroom includes a large walk-in shower with bench, rain shower head, large shower head and a hand shower. This villa can accommodate up to 4 guests with the queen sleeper sofa. Truly one of the most magnificent locations on Kiawah Island - Shipwatch Villas' Penthouse & only 3-bdrm unit. Our condo resides on the top two floors and is directly on the beach. Every room has a spectacular unobstructed Ocean View with a wraparound deck on both floors. Every bdrm has a full bath. The condo is tastefully decorated with the vacationers comfort in mind. The bright kitchen is fully equipped with an adjacent dining area that seats 10 with a the beautiful view of the beach.
