It has a separate access (255-B), private backyard, terrace and vegie garden, perfect for an extended stay. Mulberry Cottage is located near Ceres and the Merri Creek with bike paths, birds & wildlife. Walking distance from East Brunswick Village, with cinema, restaurants, brewery & supermarket. The iconic Lomond Hotel is around the corner. The 96 tram takes you to the city centre & St. Kilda Beach.

This rustic little studio cottage is a 8x5m room in my backyard. It is also connected to my art studio on the south side. There is a separate side gate entrance on the right or West side of the house with a keycode. I will send this to you directly. The cottage is fully self-contained, kitchenette, frig, microwave, electric plug in hotplate, shower, toilet, WIFI, table & chairs, linen, Electric blanket, no TV. There will be some further notes to orientate you upon arrival.
