The rural charm of St. Mary’s County is among Maryland’s best kept secrets -- 90 minutes but a world away from Washington DC (with no Bay Bridge traffic!). We are near historic Leonardtown, boasting one of Maryland’s few remaining town squares (we affectionately call it “Mayberry”). And be sure to visit our sister property, White Point Cottage!

Enjoy the bay scenery and coastal birds from our brand new large deck. Conveniently located three miles from restaurants and shopping.

Comfortable ½ mile walk to private community bay shoreline. Have breakfast in the yard while enjoying the sunrise. Stroll the community shoreline and explore fossil hunting, hike at nearby trails. The estate also hosts weddings and events for up to 100 guests (event fee is additional).

Our recently renovated 3 bedroom single bath home sits on 3 acres of pristine waterfront with a new 80 ft private dock, with 300 ft of Chesapeake shoreline. The perfect place for kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, crabbing, boating or just relaxing watching the wildlife.

It is located right on the South River in a quiet neighborhood. There is a full outdoor seating and patio area with a grill and fire pit. It has a full kitchen, 1 bedroom, washer/dryer and can sleep up to 4 with the pull-out sleeper couch.
