Fantastic location on top of a lovely hill only a 2 min walk away from the Capitol. Great value for what you get.

Kevin goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is great! We love staying with Kevin when we come to SLC for Doctor appointments, it’s so close and convenient to the U of U! We book his place every time we can!

Cute bungalow in the Aves- very close to downtown and City Creek park. Love the original art inside and hard wood floors. Everything worked perfectly.

We really loved this apartment!! Great location and in a very safe neighborhood. The best thing about this experience was Debbie! She was very accommodating and made our experience in Salt Lake much more bearable (my sister and I was there for our mother who was in the hospital very ill). She was very responsive to our messages and would check to see how our mother was doing. I give this place a A+++++++

We had a wonderful stay at Tim’s! The place was immaculate and a great location for our trip. Close to downtown and a lot of nice food options in the area. We also loved that the property was quiet and gated.

This was the perfect location for our conference! It was a short walk to the convention center (also where the airport train drops off!) and lots of restaurants close. The host also has other units on the same floor, so our team could all walk to the sessions together. The place was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The hosts were super quick to respond to our questions and were flexible with our check-in time with our delayed flight.

We had a great stay in a beautiful historic home. Sharon provided every necessity. I would definitely recommend and would love to go back.

We loved staying at Daniel’s place. We had two little ones and it was so easy to feel right at home! The pool wasn’t ready for use (mid April) but the hot tub was enough to entertain us for the time of our stay. We were able to control the temperature to our comfort as well. The location is quiet and surrounded by beautiful views of the city on one side and of the mountains on the other. It was surprisingly close to the state capitol which was a pleasant surprise. We never wanted to leave!🤭 it was our first time in SLC, we will definitely be back soon!

Great place. Good area, quiet and close to a grocery store and restaurants. The house was amazing. The beds were sooo comfortable. The heating worked perfectly and the fireplace was one of my favorite parts. Very clear check-in instructions. Overall loved the place.

It was an awesome place. Great location for what we needed and a ton of excellent restaurants within 10 minutes. If I am ever back in the area I would definitely book again

I found the photos for this rental intriguing and was so pleased that the actual backyard and interior were even better than the photos. So many beautiful and private spots in the backyard, complete with a koi pond and the relaxing sound of a waterfall. The outdoor lighting made the yard magical at night. The interior was comfortable, very clean, and designed in a very pleasing way. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the deck off the master bedroom was such a nice touch. Both Eddy and Sausha were experts at communication. The location was within walking distance to the Handle Bar, a very popular eating spot. I thought that the original homes in the area added charm to the neighborhood even though some were in obvious need of repair. Unfortunately some investor thought it was a great idea to add modern apartment buildings to the street without regard to maintaining the charm. We would consider staying at this rental again.

Fantastic location and beautiful place with interesting architectural details. We really enjoyed our stay and would return again. The only negative (not enough to affect my rating) was a lack of curtains, especially in the bathroom - hope the host considers installing some shades for more privacy.

First of all i had another air Bnb fall through last minute which ended up being a GREAT thing. I asked how safe the neighborhood was and they said it was very safe, we found this to be true. Also, veryeasy to get to I15 and around town! We came down from Idaho for a wedding that I was doing the flowers for, Holly (i think a busy mama) worked hard to get us in asap. Which I SO appreciated! I worked until 3Am and didn’t have time to go get something for dinner, they had a little goodie box there which saved my bacon that night. When I had a couple questions they both (Holly and Jordan) picked up immediately so I didn’t even need to leave a message! The house was clean, and well stocked! The beds very comfortable, With plenty of clean fresh linens on each bed as well as in each bathroom. We have stayed all over and we have seen some terribly stained linens and she is particular in keeping a tidy neat clean home with fresh amelling linens. We will be back this winter! THANK YOU!

Jen's place was positively perfect for our weekend stay visiting our daughter at the U! It is decorated SO beautifully (boho-fab!), it was super comfortable and CLEAN! We walked to a great market to get a few groceries, coffee shop and brunch at Marmalade - a must. Jen and Shannon were highly responsive and welcoming. It was just a great experience all the way around!

I really enjoyed the location. It was easy to get downtown and more comfortable to me than a hotel. The apartment is spacious, clean, and private. I really liked the parking situation with it being behind the house, off the street, and immediately next to the entry. I’d stay there again for sure.

Airbnb location was great for me due to the location which was very close to the convention center where my daughter had volleyball tournaments. Everything was great. Shower water faucet needs to be changed because of issues with getting hot water to shower. I did communicate that and a plumber did come out very quickly to check out the issue. I believe it was going to be changed out which is good. Other than that, everything was great!

Amazing location near Antelope Island State Park, skiing, museums, and a variety of delicious restaurants. Wifi was fast and worked great for my remote job. The hosts were also very responsive with any questions during my few months stay.
