Unique Concrete House Boat! No cleaning fees!

This ferrocement boat Later Gator was made in Sweden in 1973. That’s right! It’s made of concrete! The boat circumnavigated the globe twice before eventually ending up here in sunny Sanford FL. We spent 2 years completely renovating everything and tried to leave as much of the boat’s original personality intact while adding modern amenities. Restaurant/bar, pool, laundry facilities, showers and restrooms, diner, and marina store all on site, and downtown historic Sanford and river walk close by.

Located in Sanford FL, our Hidden Little Cottage is a Private Studio Guest House with its own entrance, fence, features full kitchen & bath room, queen size bed, full size pull out couch & twin size travel bed, & provides flexible self check-in. We are located 7 minutes from the Sanford Airport and Boombah Sports Complex, 10 minutes to Downtown Sanford, I –4 & 4–17. We’re also central to many Central Florida attractions such as Natural Springs, Sandy Beaches, Theme Parks and Historic Districts

The Bed & Brad

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy the splendors of Sanford’s historic district with its beautiful brick roads and magnificent oak lined streets dripping with southern Spanish Moss. Walk or ride to the downtown area where you can eat and drink till your hearts content. Enjoy a walk along the lake or stroll through the streets to look at glorious restored southern homes. The Bed & Brad offers you all the comforts of home where you can enjoy your stay at your own pace.

The Golf-view House (Entire House, King bedroom)

This 2/1.5 house is private, clean, and cozy. The open kitchen features stainless steel appliances and provides all necessary cooking wares. The spacious dining/livingroom area receives enough sunlights through the picture windows. Enjoy beautiful golf course view while sitting at the dining table and/or on the humongous outside deck. There is an outdoor dining area and grill on the deck. The house is within 45 minutes from theme parks (Disney & Universal) and beaches (Daytona/New Smyrna).

Mira Bella South

Tiny Home with full kitchen on a peaceful 13 acres in a small town. Owner lives on site, but the tiny home is away from the main house so it is private. Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple kids. Room for more than one car or a trailer. (Not suitable for 4-legged travelers due to free ranging ducks, peacocks and close proximity to horses and miniature donkeys) (If your dates are unavailable, search Mira Bella North)

Lake house Getaway/close to beach or theme parks

Enjoy a relaxing family getaway. Feed the ducks, catch some fish from shore or enjoy the Florida weather by relaxing on the outdoor patio watching the beautiful Florida sunset. Our house has 3 beautifully decorated rooms to highlight some of Central Florida’s favorite places. There is a Mickey Mouse room and a beach themed room. There is also a game room to make lots of lasting memories with your family. We are only 40 minutes to Daytona & New Smyrna Beach. 45 minutes to theme parks.

Sunset Cottage in Lake Mary, Florida

Located on beautiful Lake Mary, this completely renovated studio sized guest house offers beautiful sunsets over the lake from a private patio. A comfortable queen bed, stylish sitting area and fully stocked kitchenette make for a wonderful stay in the Lake Mary- Sanford area. Minutes from the Sanford airport, close to the Sunrail station and 45 minutes to either Disney World or the beach. Our guest cottage is a perfect place to visit. Please note: The cottage is lakeview only.

Our cottage is nestled in Orange City RV Park. It is your home away from home! Our kitchen is equipped with all pots, pans, and dishes you will need. Our living room has a queen pull out sofa. Our bathroom provides towels, shampoo & conditioner, and a hair dryer. The bedroom has a queen size bed.
