Fully remodeled guesthouse studio on a 1/2 acre property. This unit has its own private outdoor area furnished with a gas BBQ and an outdoor dining table. It has a full size bathroom with a modern shower panel and modern quiet heating/cooling system. The kitchen is small so there is no oven; instead there is a microwave/Air fryer/ Oven Combo. A two burner cooktop and a toaster /Coffee maker combo. The Futon turns into a comfy queen bed. Plenty of parking space available on the property as well.

This walkout basement is like a fully furnished apartment; totally independent, nothing is shared with our guests. Has it's own (private): large furnished kitchen, dining table, fridge, TV(Netflix, Prime, HULU, Disney+, ESPN2..) bathroom, outdoor fire place, washer&dryer, 2 queen (one of which is sofa bed) and 1 twin beds. It is located in a peaceful newly built neighborhood with in couple of miles to Southland mall, recreation center and close to Airport. Has its own private access and gate.

However, there are 2 bbqs on site. Laundry room on 1st floor. This studio clean and cozy!. Great for business/solo traveler!.

Private room with separate front door. Personal refrigerator, microwave, laundry machine, shower and bathroom. Room is attached to house but in own separate space called a next-gen room. Queen size bed in the room. TV and Wi-Fi, kitchen sink, counter top hot plate (no stove/oven). We have a toddler at home. In new quiet location at Parker CO, will need a car to get around. Purple Light Outside if you arrive at night.
