The Monarch House, in the heart of downtown Deland

Welcome! This house was built in 1920 and has been beautifully restored. It's three blocks from the center of downtown Deland! Walk or take a quick bike ride to restaurants and shops. It is a large two story house (2,400sq. ft)! Ping pong, air hockey, foosball, checkers/chess table, cornhole, 4 bikes included, huge front porch for people watching, large natural gas fire pit, grill, basketball hoop, and so much more! The bunk room upstairs has its own separate livingroom too! Nothing compares!!

Welcome to The Art House. Enjoy this beautifully renovated 1922 craftsman home in the heart of DeLand, Florida. Full of original artwork, it’s a perfect location to enjoy DeLand’s quaint downtown. We sit directly across the street from the Northwest Square entertainment hub, with a restaurant, bar and frequent live music, and just a few blocks from all the downtown shops and restaurants. This two bedroom two bath 103 year old home, with lots of charm and character, is the perfect getaway.

Mira Bella North

Tiny Home with full kitchen on a peaceful 13 acres in a small town. Owner lives on site, but the tiny home is away from the main house so it is private. Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple kids. Room for more than one car or a trailer. (Not suitable for 4-legged travelers due to free ranging ducks, peacocks and close proximity to horses and miniature donkeys) (If your dates are unavailable, search Mira Bella South)

Walk to Stetson University & Downtown DeLand

Clara House is a 1920s home that has been beautifully restored. Located 3 blocks from Stetson Campus and downtown Deland. This home offers ample space to spread out and relax, with a fully equipped kitchen, pet friendly fenced in back yard. Clara house is 30 minutes from Daytona speedway and New Symrna beaches. Blue Springs state park is 6 miles away and 45 minutes to Orlando. 5 miles to Bridal Oakes, and directly across the street from north west square. This is a non smoking house!

Second floor apartment at NWS!

This is a fully equipped studio apartment in Northwest Square DeLand. Northwest Square is the adaptive reuse of the 30,000 square foot Trinity United Methodist Church. Located on the Historic Registry, Northwest Square has 4 event spaces, a coffee shop, food hall and tap room, a flower and gift shop, a commercial commissary kitchen, and 15 apartments. There is also an outdoor seating area with a permanent food truck. The apartment has a full kitchen, full bathroom, and queen sized bed.

The Glass-Flower Cottage

This romantic cottage is perfect for some much-needed relaxation. Your private fenced-in yard has its own outdoor dining area, charcoal grill, paver walkway, and fire chiminea. Nicely located within 2 miles of Historic Downtown Deland, there are numerous unique shops, exquisite eateries, and exciting nightlife nearby. This remarkably charming old home with its pretty front and back yard that surrounds the property, also offers a beautiful front and back porch where you can take a breath and sit out and enjoy your favorite beverage whilst you enjoy the beauty of the native plants and flowers. Situated in the heart of the historic district it is the perfect choice to unwind and relax in this beautiful old town that is filled with many fun activities.

A private home, 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds in each, a shared bathroom between the two bedrooms. Washer and dryer on premise. Ample parking in driveway. Small cement patio in back of the house, accessible through sliding glass door. Small kitchen with new appliances, kitchen table with 5 chairs. Leather couch with reclining seats, two leather reclining chairs. House has well water, which has been tested, and safe to drink
