Absolutely amazing views from Cactus Corner. Quiet and peaceful. Andrea was responsive with messages and instructions. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet get away in the middle of nowhere.

We stayed in a yurt for one evening. The area surrounding the yurt was peaceful and secluded. The bed was comfortable and plenty of blankets were provided. Andrea provided many nice touches like drinking water, dishwashing station with soap, sponge, and towel, and fire and barbecue pit. The yurt was off grid but we still had cell phone service. The views were amazing!! We hope to come and stay longer.

We wanted to get away from it all and this place was perfect for us. Due to plumbing issues in the property Peggy had us stay in the main house which was lovely with fully stocked kitchen. Peggy’s husband met us on arrival and showed us around. He was very knowledgeable about the area and helpful We enjoyed looking at the stars at night and caught a few shooting stars either the Lyrid meteor shower Be sure your vehicle has gas. About an hour drive through mountain dessert scenery to get there from Carlsbad. Would stay there again

This place will move up to my number one favorite camping destination. If you are looking for solitude this place is for you. Beautiful views of Guadalupe Mountains National Park. Stargazing the best I’ve ever seen. Lots of space between camp spots. Andrea is an amazing host. One of the best I’ve ever had.

This place is great for those looking for a spot to relax and feel at home. The scenery is amazing and the place is cozy.

Grace House was fantastic-clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We used it as a home-base for hiking Guadalupe Mts. NP, and it was perfect. Well-located (as close as possible to the park given the remote location), and a cool nice place to return to after a long hike. 3 bedrooms was a super plus. Kitchen had everything. It was also fun learning about Dell City with the memorabilia around the house. Highly recommended.

great place to disconnect from thebinternet and engage with family in a camping scenery. the drive up was niceee, the view was great. It did get super cold so we ended up camping inside our vehicle but no one has control of the weather. they even have sheds where you can place your tents under. It also had picnic table, lights, and water access. our host guided us to the restrooms and they were extremely clean. there were plenty of rocks to build a fire ring and the kids enjoyed it! overall if the weather had been warmer the overall stay would've been great, but like i said, host doesn't have control of the weather.
