Perfect location for multi family, multi location reunion as it was just down the street from two of our other homes. Sledding hill was a plus for the non-skiers @ the house. Host response tremendously timely & helpful. Accomodations very comfortable for everyone & appreciated the ample amount of amenities, especially the generous amount of Keurig cups. Overall made our family reunion stellar!

a private, quiet, comfortable, warm place on a beautiful snowy day with a spacious kitchen with enough equipment to cook. The days went by so quickly, I was delighted. I would return without thinking about it for longer. Jason was always on the lookout when I sent him a message to have information about any question. He answered very quickly.

So grateful for this option while we build our small spot in paonia. Would be difficult to do without folks like Sandy! 🙏 and she lets us come with our enormous dogs! 🐶

We had a comfortable stay at this home while we explored the area. It was a quiet location. I really enjoyed soaking in the big tub. Kitchen is extremely well stocked as far as kitchenware. Bring your own food, condiments and coffee.

Walked to the bar and had a great time meeting the locals, they even let our dog hang out inside!

We came here in October with our dogs for three days. The landscape was absolutely gorgeous, the house was big and comfortable with tons of kitchen and bathroom space and multie living area. Hosts were very friendly and proactive in making sure the space was good for us even th9ugh we had no complaints. It wascloswto Paonia and Big Bs orchard and bar. No light pollution meant we could see the stars and the Northern lights! Just be careful driving up and down the Mesa at night there are no street lights. Wifi was great and tv had all the streaming services. A comfortable getaway but still connected.

Incredible lil hide-away for 9 days while in the Palisade area for training! Altho the house sits along the highway, under major thoroughfare, noise was minimal - especially at night. Has new stack W/D!!! The Master/Primary bedroom is comfy; had seating & room for me to do yoga each day. The primary closet is huge. It held both of my large suitcases w/ plenty room for hanging & keeping the suitcases open on floor. 2 laundry baskets provided. Plenty sheets, towels, pillows & access to cleaning supplies. Primary bath tidy & large counter for all my toiletries. The Guest rooms combined suited my friend as we traveled w/alot of changes of clothing & outdoor equipment so she spread out between the 2 smaller rooms adjacent to one another. She had her own bath that opened to the hallway between the kithen & LR. Kitchen was huge; ample countertops. Perfet as we cooked each night & brought own groceries. Living Room lovely & couch comfy!! We LOVED back door entry into kitchen. Already rebooked!

We had a great stay! The place was pet-friendly, which was perfect for us and our elderly dog. We spent most of our time relaxing in the sun by the river—such a peaceful spot. The house had all the amenities we needed and plenty of seating space. Since it was just the two of us, we only used the downstairs, which worked out perfectly. We didn’t realize the owners lived right next door, but they were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

great place to stay, between all the local restaurants and wineries, and abundance of other activities like biking and hiking I would highly recommend staying at the Basecamp in palisade, quite, clean, and super helpful staffing

This was the most relaxing vacation I have taken in years. The home was clean and inviting. We enjoyed our time there and look forward to booking again in the future.

Will definitely stay here again in the future

My husband and I enjoyed a weekend ski-cation to Powderhorn with our best friends, newborn baby and sweet, old dog. This cabin is the perfect spot-12 min to the ski hill, all the kitchen items needed to cook dinners each night while enjoying board games and the hot tub with amazing views. Our dog loved tromping around the property and we were in awe of the sunrise over the mountains. We appreciated the extra dog details provided to make Yogi feel at home- treats, bags & bowls. Audra was a very responsive and generous host who provided us a late check out time to get all the skiing in. We had the best weekend and will be back!!

The house/cabin was wonderful and had a lot of character. Location was fantastic. We had a very relaxing stay.

Clean and comfortable place to stay.

Carries place was even better than expected. really nice touches in the bathroom and kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable and we immediately felt right at home. The room was walking distance to downtown where there are great restaurants and coffee shops. Carrie was very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely be staying there again.

Lori and Rob were very responsive with any questions. The house was in a great location, quiet and beautiful surroundings. We would definitely go back.

We had a great stay at Kiser Creek and will be staying again in the future. Our host was kind and attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and comfortable. We appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, the lodge with amenities and games, and our cozy and clean room. This stay was the cherry-on-top of our ski trip.

This is the only truly ski in/out property @ Powderhorn! Beautifully remodeled with top knotch materials- has most seating sofa I've seen. Also has handy access thru back hall door to Slopeside Grill. Aaron extremely responsive & generous with check out. Look forward to return trip including lodge rooms for extended family.

Fun, unique, quiet retreat for the weekend. Great experience!
