Waterview Lodge #3 is a stunning lodge suite perfect for couples! Soak in the outdoor hot tub while enjoying the sounds of the fountain on the country pond. The comfortable living area boasts a large gas fireplace next to the cozy sofa and recliner which make for good spots to nap by the fire, read a good book, or watch the 50-inch Roku Smart TV. The kitchen area is home to a full-size refrigerator with freezer, and an oven complete with a 4-burner stove top. There are ample pots and pans if you feel like making your favorite vacation meal, or a microwave oven for heating up the leftovers from one of our amazing restaurants in town. The extra deep sink and rugged pine cupboards provide added charm. A toaster and Keurig Coffee maker round out the appliances which are at your disposal. This unit is "Studio Style" so your king size bed is directly off the living room area so you can enjoy the fireplace from your cozy bed. Your bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower large enough for 2 people, a hair dryer, and all the amenities you need to get your day off to a great start are right there for your convenience.

The Benton Guest Suite features a beautiful private patio with a hot tub and gas fire pit, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a living area with a sofa bed and coffee/tea bar (no kitchen). No checkout to-do list! Just stay & relax. We are a 10 min. drive from Mt Hope, Millersburg, and Berlin. We share our drive with an Amish farm and because this is our family home, you may occasionally hear the kids playing or tractors driving by. We occupy mostly the top floor but always value your privacy & quiet.

Cozy Abode

The space is a dedicated basement apartment. The space has its own door and lock, but guests will enter through a shared garage entrance. The decor is neat and modern. There is a small kitchenette, giving guests the ability to eat in, or make coffee. The cozy sitting area is a great place to wind down for the evening or enjoy a morning cup of coffee. The apartment is below our living space. While we will do our best to keep noise to a minimum, you will hear kids/footsteps during the day.

Pearl's Place in heart of Historic Roscoe Village

UNIQUE EXPERIENCE to stay in one of the most iconic buildings in Historic Roscoe Village! The 1860's canal era building has a long history, originally constructed as a hotel on the 2nd and 3rd floors, the main floor was a pharmacy and dry goods store. This apartment is where the original hotel lobby was first located. You will now find a full kitchen, full bathroom, living/dining room, and a bedroom with a king size bed. We bought this early 1900s house and have newly remodeled and restored it to its original beauty, along with creative features of uniqueness. The B&B space is upstairs . This space has a full kitchen with amenities for basic cooking. (Stove , refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster.) Relax in the comfy living room for a movie on Netflix. The downstairs is currently unoccupied and the back yard is available for your leisure.
