If you're with us for work, moving house or to see family, then we have everything you need from pots and pans to a washing machine as well as a space to park.

The Garden apartment in historic Milford offers a cosy, self-contained retreat in a Grade II stone cottage built c.1795, with a private garden and scenic views of the World Heritage mill village. The old mill is currently being redeveloped. Great walks, pubs & restaurants on your doorstep with buses to the Peak District National Park or Derby city. Attractions include Chatsworth, Haddon Hall, Hardwick, Kedleston, Cromford Mills, Art Galleries, Museums, John Smedley factory shop & many more!

Converted stables - private guest accomodation

Delightful converted Stables offering one bedroom accommodation in the beautiful Peak District village of Alstonefield. The cosy living room includes a much admired kitchenette with stairs leading to the galleried bedroom and ensuite shower room. There are numerous scenic walks from the door, with the River Dove 10 mins walk away. Other attractions nearby include Chatsworth House and the Tissington Trail. The village also boasts a Michelin guide restaurant and a regular concert programme.

Quirky self-contained Chalet 'Little Switzerland’

Chalet in the grounds of a large garden in the beautiful Peak District village of Youlgrave (good pubs & shops). Spectacular walks on doorstep. My mother was Swiss German and she had a large greenhouse made into the Chalet in 1992. In 2017 we fully renovated this quirky building. Easy parking, twin beds with new high quality firm memory foam mattresses in 2020, no smoking, ONE dog friendly. Outside seating infrared sauna is available at extra cost. We also have an EV charger available

It's within walking distance of the city, parks and countryside, with Derby's historic Cathedral Quarter and the Darley Abbey World Heritage site on the doorstep. The accommodation is ideal for couples, solo/business travellers as well as families. We are within easy reach of the fantastic Peak District National Park.

It is on the edge of the Peak District with many local attractions, such as Chatsworth and Hardwick Hall.

A few years ago, we converted our barn into a light and clean holiday home, ideal for families or a group of friends. Set in the village of Holbrook which has great access to both the city centres of Derby and Nottingham or the beautiful countryside within the Peak District national park.
