This is my favorite spot to visit and no stay ever feels long enough! The apartment is cozy, beautifully decorated and well stocked with anything needed. The location is ideal! If you’re looking for a walkable neighborhood, surrounded by stunning views of nature and some of the friendliest people on earth, this is the place to stay! I’ll be back as often as possible.

Goldilocks was very responsive and proactive with instructions. They provided much needed information about the local construction and parking. This garden apartment is walking distance to campus and downtown Ann Arbor. It’s always my first choice when visiting AA!

A great place to stay! Very clean and a cool little place! The building itself was quiet (minus the elevator in the apartment we had) but not a dealbreaker. A short Uber ride to downtown, and a rented scooter ride back was a fun way to get around. The unit itself has everything we needed. Definitely would come back. Thanks for the stay!

We had a 2 night stay in this comfortable 2 bedroom apartment style Airbnb. The place was in a very quiet neighbourhood with a lovely view of the Thames River. My grandson enjoyed fishing for a few hours. The kitchen was fully equipped, spotless and we appreciated the complimentary coffee. The living space was large enough to accommodate ourselves and 2 other guests to comfortably hangout together. The bathroom was also spotless and included complimentary shampoo/conditioner and body wash. There is private laundry on site, which would be very handy for longer stays. The bedrooms were nicely decorated, clean and well organized. All in all a great place to call home for a few days.

Morgan and their co-host were great. They were responsive, had great suggestions for around the area. The place matched the pictures perfectly and it was easy to check in and check out. A great place to stay and one worth staying at again.

We had a group of 8 stay the weekend for an EMU baseball series. Place was very clean and comfortable. Didn’t feel cramped at all. 3 full bathrooms was awesome to have. Kitchen was stocked well beyond what anyone would need. Beds were comfortable. Robert was very easy to communicate and deal with. Our stay was great and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Loved the stay… in town for our son’s wedding and Gabe’s house offered us a nice place to visit with our family… loved it!!!

Stayed with family members for a Uof Michigan graduation ceremony. Great quiet location just far enough away from crowds and easy to find restaurants and events. Roomy and perfect areas for privacy being together. Highly recommend and great host communication.

Everyone should take advantage of the beautiful backyard. Patio table and chairs, bar area, neat and tidy five bedrooms and full basement.

I spent about 3 months here for work, this place is awesome. It's extremely close to anything and everything you would need. Walking distance from the gym and many restaurants.

The herald was such a chic condo with lots of character. The layout and interior design of the space was perfection. I highly recommend staying here if you find yourself in Holly.

Wonderful location, right in the middle of everything. Great restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment is as described and as shown on the pictures, and is very comfortable. The bedroom is in the back so it is extremely quiet. We didn’t use the rooftop but it has great views and is a very nice addition to this apartment. Highly recommended.

Nice central location with easy street parking. A quick walk to DIA; we drove everywhere else. Space was bigger than we expected from the photos. Great kitchen!

One of our best Airbnb stays! The location is perfect, you can walk to a variety of restaurants and shops and there is a playground nearby. Everything was clean and Jason was great to work with. Would definitely stay again!
