This was the second time I stayed at Shahid's place. I have now stayed at this place for closer to 6 months, and this time I stayed for 2.5 months. Shahid's place already feels like home to me. Shahid is very responsive and flexible and attended to all my requests. Shahid also found me this amazing driver for my use during my stay. The place is as secure and safe as it can get in Bangladesh. It is located in a gated community, and has a nice park, a walkway built around a small lake, an ATM, 2 supermarkets, pharmacies and a coffee shop within 2 minutes of walking distance. It is also very close to Gulshan, and all the nice cafes and restaurants. Shahid's place is self-contained and I enjoyed my stay at Shahid's place very much and will stay there again when I visit Bangladesh next year.

Pros- Good place to stay within budget if you are visiting alone. Safe and Secure. Cons- Poor internet speed. Not much of a family friendly place.

Mr. Kawser is a very nice gentleman and a very welcoming host. He is very attentive to his guests’ needs and does everything possible to provide his kind assistance within his capacity and commitment. The place is very nice and well-maintained- perfect for a large family and small family gatherings. The duplex unit is equipped with pretty much everything you need to live your everyday life. The mini pool and finished rooftop are enjoyable in the summer. The caretaker of the house is also very nice and helpful. Overall it’s a great place, but it is located in a developing town outside Dhaka metro. The entire town is still under construction – the area is noisy and full of dust and roads are still not paved. The only way to get to the town from Dhaka metro is to take the beribadh road (shadarghat-gabtoli road) and the traffic congestion is so awful that you would consider yourself lucky if you could drive faster than 1 mile/per hour. Nonetheless, you can have a present stay at Mr. Kawser

Great hospitality as always in Robin and Shaila's flat. We needed two rooms last minute and booked in different locations. This one is a cozy nest in old town. They also have flats in neww town around Gulshan Banani. Its easy communicating with them always. And great value for money. They have support staff who are very friendly. Place is very very clean. Will be back soon. Thank you!

It was a great place to stay for several days in Dhaka.

The location was great for me. It's very close to the airport. The condo and the building itself are very well-designed and maintained. It has a small balcony. Everything was clean. The internet was terrible for some time but I think it's not a regular case. The host was super helpful and he was continuously responding to my queries until I checked in successfully. Thank you.

The place is just like the photos. Really good value for money based on location, amenities, and services. Zahid is an amazing host. I will book this again. One thing people should be aware is that the lift has fixed times. So it might not work for people who are not used to walk the stairs or have medical conditions. Otherwise, this place is perfect for travellers, and couples.

One of the best host in town. They both are super friendly and helpful. We played, cooked and gossiped together. They're always ready to help. Overall it was a nice experience.
