When you stay at Cabin #13, located in row one, you will be close to everything, including additional parking in the back. This Cabin comfortably sleeps 10 people with 2 bedrooms, a loft, 2 baths, an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer, and a finished garage area for socializing. Enjoy a BBQ on the patio while playing lawn games. Six daily passes, lake Okoboji access, outdoor pools, a swim-up bar, an indoor waterpark, a gym, an arcade, and on-site dining.

Fun for the whole family! A fisherman’s haven with great fishing right off the dock. A bunkroom with sleeping for up to 5 kids. Relax around the fire pit at night or sunbathe on the dock during the day. Looking for some toys for the lake? No problem, we have kayaks, a pedal boat, water trampoline or Maui Mat for rent. A waterslide right on the dock. Bike trails down the road. Longing for some nostalgia, less than 10 miles away is the Superior 71 Drive-In Theater. Endless of fun for everyone!

FREE EV charging coming in Fall of 2025. This is a strict no smoking which includes vaping property. No unauthorized extra guest allowed.

Neighborhood pool across the street and indoor/outdoor water park, arcade, gym (remodeled in 2020) and on location bars/restaurants are a 5-minute walk or short drive away. Six free waterpark passes each day.

Extended driveway for up to 4 cars (street parking not allowed). Washer/dryer available in unit for guest use. Booking guest must be 25 or older, parties not allowed.

This cottage has just finished its renovation and now features all new furniture and a relaxed beach house style. Your stay here will ensure your time at the lake with family or friends is an Aussie experience without the need for the 15 hr flying time! Enjoy the kayaks or the stand up paddle board and head straight out to the dock and onto the water.

Intimate Suite at Stay Suites with a private patio. We have added several suites to the former 316 building. Stay Suites are in the heart of Arnolds Park, just off Hwy 71 south of the Ritz. We are steps from the public beach and dock. We are 4 blocks from the downtown strip area, you can walk to the night life. You can access our roof top patio on the west side of the 2nd level. This is open to all guests, but you do have your own small deck right off your suite.

This house is located in a quiet neighborhood across the street from Lake Minnewashta, where you can enjoy a lake view from the deck. It is centrally located within walking distance to the amusement park & beach. Enjoy your day at the park with rides, shopping, restaurants & free concerts and fireworks on Saturday evenings. There is plenty of parking for your boat with a public boat ramp just 1/2 mile away.

Center Lake Retreat Entire Lower Level Walk Out

As ofJuly 1, 2021 we moved into this beautiful Lakeside home. The AIRBNB is NOT our entire home but it is the entire lower level which is our home. Gorgeous, private lakeside views. It is spacious with a private entrance if suitable, large kitchenette, family room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, bath/shower full bathroom. Lakeside access. There is complete privacy with a Barn Door closure.
