Studio apartment with unique design located in a lovely alley in Saigon Center. The studio is located on the 2nd floor of a townhouse, of which the 1st floor is the lovely BeanThere cafe. It only takes a few minutes to reach attractions and nightlife activities. Besides, there is also a kitchen to cook basic meals. One breakfast (01 food and 01 drink) / guest / night in Beanthere cafe. We offer free housekeeping for bookings longer than 4 nights. If needed, you can notify 1 day in advance.

The neighbourhood is well established with restaurants, bars, bookshop, supermarkets and traditional markets, swimming pool, buses, and cinemas. This is also our home and we are normal Vietnamese people. We welcome you with open arms and respect guests' privacy/space. We would like you to feel at home here. PS: To cope with the pandemic, the terrace was turned into a vegetable garden.
