This place located in the best location in the city: restaurants, attractions, and quiet street. The facilities are the best. The whirlpool bath tub is just like any top hotels in Saigon.

They were kind enough to allow us an early check in which was a huge relief as we arrived in Ho Chi Minh very early by night bus. The place is as described, responsive host . Highly recommend Thank you

I enjoyed staying here. The apartment is in a great location. It was quick and easy to get to the tourist attractions in district 1. Also some great restaurants in the area. Im a bit of a clean freak and the apartment was spotless. I would recommend.

Amazing stay! This was my second time staying at Victor's apartment, and once again, it was a great experience. The location is perfect, the apartment is very nice and cozy, and the bed is super comfortable—it truly feels like a home away from home. Victor is a fantastic host: very friendly and responsive, always quick to answer any questions. 100% recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The host was responsive and made sure everything went smoothly helped with early check-in. The staffs were super polite and friendly. The only minor downside was that the gate closed at 10 pm, but the security was incredibly accommodating and quickly helped me whenever I needed access. I do feel a little bad for waking them up, but they were always kind and helpful. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment worth its money but you need to take relatively lengthy trips to any main attraction or for a decent meal. The street the hotel sits on is quite busy but it is very quite from 10pm to 6am.

Great location in the middle of the action. The unit was very clean and quite inside with good water pressure. The host allowed me to checkout later than the usual time because of my late flight. Highly Recommend!

Loved this place! The building has everything you need—multiple coffee shops, Citigym, ATMs, and several convenience stores—all close to District 1 without the intense bustle. Tons of great restaurants nearby too. The host was incredibly responsive and very helpful with recommendations for restaurants, bars, and arranging airport transportation. The only suggestion I’d make is to perhaps add a few more kitchen items, like a coffee maker, blender, and some extra utensils. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants easy access to the best spots in Saigon. You can comfortably walk everywhere—just be mindful of the scooters, as they can be intense!

This was my first time being in Ho Chi Minh City so I wanted to make sure that I had really good accommodations. I wanted to make sure that I was in a location where I could easily walk to too spots and this was a perfect spot. I was very close to the Ben Thanh market and you can even walk to the Bui Vien walking street as well. It was in a prime location, but not noisy whatsoever. The Airbnb itself was very clean and pristine. There were two separate locking systems so I felt pretty secure there and I was a solo traveler so I felt very safe. The host was very communicative and they have the cutest cat and the cutest puppy! I also had my laundry done and it went pretty well so overall I highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at Luminous Apartment BNB. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the heart of the city, with everything you need nearby. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, peaceful on a high floor, and exactly as shown in the photos. The management team was also very responsive and quick to answer any questions. Highly recommended!

Lovely flat in a nice suburb. Very close to main road but surprisingly very quiet. Had everything we needed and the host was very kind and quick to respond to any queries. 10-15min grab from district 1.
