With woodburning stove, fire-pit and private verandah, Larch Cabin offers a rustic retreat with a touch of luxury. Located in the grounds of our smallholding and surrounded by fantastic hikes, cycles and trails, the cabin provides a secret haven only 45 minutes away from Edinburgh, Glasgow and Perth.

Set in 3 acres of gardens and with beautiful views of the valley, Shiel House is the perfect retreat. This bespoke house was built by our family to provide an escape from the city and it has been furnished to provide a comfortable home from home. The Great Hall, Dollarbeg Castle

This 2 bedroom apartment is the beautifully converted former Great Hall of Dollarbeg Castle. Built in 1890, Dollarbeg Castle was the last gothic baronial style building of its type ever built. Beautifully restored in 2007 to the very highest standards, it was converted into 10 luxury properties, one of which is a conversion of the original "Great Hall" with its vaulted ceiling and majestic views across the formal grounds towards the Ochil Hills in the distance.

Turn up and tune in to nature at Nova, an architect designed hut offering an off grid experience with simple comfort and style. Sited on the edge of a private 16 acre birch wood overlooking the Hillfoot town of Dollar and the Ochil Hills the space is designed for relaxing and resetting. Watch the shifting sky over the Devon valley, soak in hot spring water in the outdoor wood fired bath tubs, BBQ a feast on the open fire; wander and explore the woodland.

The Hayloft

The Hayloft has been turned into a light and airy flat above our stables. We live next to a path which takes you north to the Ochils or south to the beautiful Gartmore Water: perfect if you are a walker or a cyclist. The nearby village of Dollar has a castle, cafes, a pub and a restaurant. We are 40 minutes from Edinburgh airport, 25 minutes from Gleneagles Hotel, 20 minutes from Stirling and an hour from the centre of both Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Stylishly converted Bothy by River Earn

The Bothy is stylishly converted from two jold stone farm cottages into a luxurious 2 bedroom cottage. The decor is a mix between birch ply panelling and polished cement, giving it a modern Scandi/Scottish feel, yet not losing its original charm and farm history. Some of the furniture has been made from beech and cedar from our farm. With view across the River Earn and surrounding hills, this is a perfect place to come, explore, unwind and relax.
