Joshua's place was perfect in every way. He has literally thought of everything! Comfortable beds, hot showers, coffee selection, snacks, and so many more extra sweet touches throughout. This property has amazing views, nature, sunsets, and the stars are absolutely magnificent on a clear night. Book it! you won't be disappointed!!!

An exceptionally nice place to stay. Furnished with care, nice art on the walls. We could feel the artistic sensibility of the owners. We stayed one night but would have been comfortable there for a month. So nice to have good quality ground coffee with half and half and eggs in the frig. Very quiet despite being close to Main St. We heard nothing from the fire department either. Numerous walkable dining options.

The place was beautiful and peaceful. My family really enjoyed our stay there and we will definitely will be coming back. our boys loved exploring around 💙

We stayed with Joanne and Bill in the spring of 2021 and knew we had to go back some day. We got married last week and stayed again for our honeymoon. The property is the most unique and artistic we've ever booked, and the hosts are an inspiring and welcoming couple, making a beautiful life in the middle of nowhere. See Mesa Verde. See Hovenweep. See Canyon of the Ancients. We can't recommend this stay enough.

I cannot say enough great things about this place. I've stayed at numerous places in Colorado over my lifetime, and this one has to be the best. The location was ideal for us, and the place was fantastic. The views, the huge deck with an amazing hot tub, the spacious living area with enough seating for all 6 of us (and then some), the most amazingly stocked kitchen of any rental - the list goes on and on. The entire host team responded quickly and gave us local recommendations, as well. My father-in-law is already talking about bringing the grandkids next year! My dad told me several times a day what a great find I made. We all loved it so much and can't wait to return! Thanks for a great week!

This was our third time staying in Pat’s place and we thoroughly enjoyed it once again. The beds and furniture are comfortable. The area is peaceful and the house is close to the pathway along the river. We enjoyed walks throughout town and exploring along the river. Looking forward to returning!

The Airbnb was clean and comfortable. Communication was excellent and extras left for us to use were much appreciated! Thank you for hosting and making our family vacation memorable! We enjoyed our stay! The coffee, hot cocoa, oatmeal was perfect!

Made last minute reservation for an overnight stay. Very nice and clean. Bed is super comfortable.

We loved our stay at the Ranch. The place had everything we needed and more. Plenty of space and room to spread out. It was clean, nicely decorated and liked just like the photos. We had a group of 12 adults there to meet for a mediation and sacred site week. It was perfect. There are great places close by too to hike, eat and relax. Beautiful views and outdoor space too. Thank you!!!!
