La struttura si trova nel cuore della campagna castagnetana, vicino a Donoratico (dove è possibile trovare negozi e supermercati), a circa 3km dalla località balneare di Marina di Castagneto (spiagge, parco divertimenti e ristoranti) e a circa 10km si trova Bolgheri, percorrendo la strada del vino si possono ammirare i vigneti delle famose cantine.

Affittasi appartamento fronte mare, luminoso e recentemente ristrutturato, situato al secondo piano di un condominio con ascensore. L’appartamento è composto da una cucina-soggiorno con terrazzo abitabile vista mare. La zona notte comprende un bagno, due camere da letto, entrambe dotate di un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo. Nel soggiorno è presente un divano letto matrimoniale. L’appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata, wi-fi, lavatrice e lavastoviglie.

Castagneto Carducci is a beautiful medieval village dating back to the year 1000.

It is immersed in a peaceful countryside surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woodland and enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and the castle of Castagneto Carducci. At the same time its position allows you to reach the village in just 10 minutes by foot and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto in 10 minutes by car or bus.
