Another year-round hangout spot is our Tibari (patio) where you’ll get amazing views of Mussoorie, can soak up some Vit D, have an afternoon nap & drink many cups of tea! P.S. How could I forget? We also have a wood-fired oven for all you pizza aficionados!

The property's location was chosen by the Raja of Nepal for his residence, he bought from an english lady Ms. A.A. Fair, hence the Palace being named Fair Lawns. The Palace, though a heritage property, is now in ruins, but due to its unique and salubrious location, these cottages were constructed with a view to providing the guests with an un-interrupted panaromic view of the Doon valley on one side and the twinkling lights of the crowded Mall Road, Mussoorie on the other.
