We had an amazing stay at Nikki’s place as a group of 13, the house was spotless and in the perfect location to explore Drum and the surrounding areas. We especially loved the large function space and lovely outdoor seating area, we were blessed with amazing weather so we got to make the most of it! Nikki is a fantastic host and has been very quick to respond and answer any questions. I would absolutely recommend this place and hope to return at some point soon!

Andrea and Gareth welcomed us into their home with open arms, offering many wonderful local recommendations, inquiring about our holiday so far, and offering to help in any way. In addition to their hospitality, their home is perfectly located, right across from beautiful Grant Park, walkable to restaurants, pubs, and grocers, and just 10-20 min drive from the other Moray coastal towns. It's a lovely place to stay and settle in while in the Highlands. Highly recommend!

This b&b is a rare find - Gunta is an expert host who goes out of her way to make one’s stay faultless. The rooms are crisp and clean. The sitting room is a comfortable haven. And then there’s the food - fantastic - the lamb shanks and absolute highlight. Breakfast was also delish (note that breakfast and dinner are additional costs to the room tariff). As cyclists we found this a real haven. It is excellent value for money and well worthy of its 5 star rating.

Our stay in Anne's house was perfect from every point of view. The apartment is lovely and equipped with every comforts. Anne was a fantastic host, she provided us a lot of information about the facilities around the house, the rules of the apartment and the check-in and check-out. I fully recommended staying at Anne's house.

Wow! What an amazing stay at Ness Lodge! Zoe is an incredible host, as welcome as I have ever felt in any accommodation. Ness Lodge is the perfect spot for any stay in Inverness, highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay with Helen. The accommodation was brilliant, had everything we needed, was in a peaceful area but close to shops and had amazing views. Helen is a lovely host, super responsive and we even had complimentary breakfast for the first night! Super stay and would definitely recommend staying here!☺️

This stay was great! It's perfectly situated, just a 10 minute bus ride from Inverness and the bus station is located right across the street. The views are beautiful as it's overlooking the sea, it's peaceful and quiet without any of the city noise. I would definitely recommend it for longer stays, especially since it's a great starting point from which to explore Scottish Highlands. Margaret is very nice and she takes care of the place beautifully! One of my favourite places I've visited!

Nos encantó alojarnos en este lugar, rodeados de ovejas y campos, encantador. El apartamento tiene de todo (excepto fogones para cocinar), pero de todos modos Freda nos proporcionó el desayuno. La cocina tiene microondas, cafetera, tetera, nevera, hervidor de huevos... Freda muy simpática.

What a beautiful home in Inverness! We had such a pleasant 2 night stay here. Gosia was a wonderful hostess and her home is inviting and clean. We felt right at home! The proximity to Tesco was extremely helpful to us, as well. Highly recommend her home for your stay in Inverness!

We only stayed one night. The granny flat was good value, spotless and seemed well equipped. It has a kitchen and bathroom in the ground floor and a bedroom on the first floor. It’s on the edge of town so has a nice view. Just a short walk into Tain.

Logement très propre et arrivée facile avec la boîte à clé. Bon emplacement pour visiter la ville et les environs. Tout pour prendre le petit-déjeuner est fourni : thé, café, céréales, gâteaux, pain de mie et confiture ce qui est vraiment très pratique. Un grand merci à Renata avec qui la communication est facile. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour une belle étape écossaise.

Great house for a couple of days away

Jennifer’s place was spotless, roomy and well located in Inverness. Her check-in instructions were clear, and we appreciate that she was flexible with our check-in. We’d love to stay here again someday!

This place was great! Neil & Hazel are very accommodating and make you feel welcome. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable. They really think ahead and take care of anything you would need. They are both warm and friendly. Enjoyed our conversations. Neighborhood is fantastic, safe and parking is easy. We love their dog Riach. He greeted us at the door and was fun to play with. That was perfect as we were missing our dog. We would stay again if we are in the area. Thanks so much Neil & Hazel!

A perfect location to explore the Loch Ness area. The house is beautifully furnished and decorated with lovely details that make it feel warm and welcoming. We had a very comfortable stay and would recommend it to others.

Ethna was a most amazing host, friendly without intruding but with lots of helpful information. Homemade goodies for afternoon tea and breakfast, the jams and marmalades were amazing also the biscuits, breads and everything else. Beautiful location, would have happily watched the sheep, lambs and chickens for hours from the comfort of the dining room in front of the wood fire. Comfortable bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Peaceful and rural. We loved it.

This was such a lovely, small family-run BnB - very clean and comfortable; exactly what I needed after a long day's hike. The breakfast buffet was a nice touch, and Juliet and Calin very pleasant hosts; I felt right at home for the one night I was there! Definitely recommend.

Very peaceful and quiet. We arrived took off our motorcycle gear and sat in the beautiful garden drinking tea. We left the noise and crowds at Fort Augustus and arrived in this oasis of sanity. The bathroom was about one metre from the bedroom and the corridor has a door at the end so is extremely private and only for our use. Although not classed as an en-suite the privacy of the room and bathroom is understated. The use of a fridge in the room was a great addition and the fruit bowl was lovely. I would definitely stay here again without any hesitation. Great and friendly host. Thanks

It was a last minute, emergency booking but our hosts were not phased and everything was ready to a high standard. They even booked us an evening meal at a local restaurant and told us about a magical, off road (through the woods) walk to get there. One thing we really appreciated was the choice of breakfast, which was a bit more imaginative than the usual English breakfast, which we do love, but after a week on the road, the opportunity to have a change was most welcome. I should say, the good old English brekkie was also an option. We loved the woodland setting and the super hosts.

This is one of the best bnb’s we have ever stayed in and Simon & Annie are the most gracious, friendly hosts you will ever meet. The breakfast was delicious, the house and gardens are immaculate and it has a stunning view of Loch Ness. It’s very convenient to Urquhart Castle. I left my tablet in Fort William and Simon and Annie went above and beyond to help me try to get it back. They even gave us a ride to Inverness when we missed our bus. I won’t know if I got it back for a few days, but they couldn’t have been nicer. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Book this place…it is an absolute gem!

We had a delightful time at Morag's. Morag is truly an exceptional host, her home interior is so eclectic, blending vintage and contemporary styles. Theres also chocolate and minibar inside the room! She is also exceptionally generous with breakfast, allowing us to cook in her kitchen. The house is conveniently situated near to Balmoral castle and Braemar. Furthermore, Mo has graciously shared numerous local tips and tricks that greatly enhanced our visit to the highland. We sincerely appreciate your hospitality, Mo for allowing us to stay!
