This cute little bungalow, built in 1917, is located in the historic downtown area. It is within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, a distillery, a historic neighborhood specialty grocery, movie theaters, parks, golf courses, multi-use trails, the North Platte River, and David Street Station (a public gathering spot that features a stage, summer splash pad, and winter ice skating rink). The cozy backyard with its sunny deck and BBQ grill is a great space to relax.

This cabin is located on 9 acres of private property with 3 other houses it has a fenced in yard for kids to play and dogs to run. The deer creek is just a stone's throw away from the cabin as well as a park for kids to play. Deer Creek Pony Express used to be a home station for the pony express route and the Oregon trail. The pony express ran from 1860 to 1861, and it ran from St. Joseph Missouri to Sacramento California. Come and enjoy this historical property.

A wonderfully quiet home centrally located near the primary and high school, playground, and close to restaurants and grocery stores. Due to parking limitations no trailers of any kind, RV’s, campers, or boats are to be parked in the Cul-de-sac. No large parties or gatherings are to be held on the property. There is a limit of 10 guests allowed at anytime.
