Rustic home, kid friendly

We are close to anything you may need and have the WHOLE house to yourself! Central location, just a few blocks from downtown. We have a trampoline in the ground, park for the kids, new basketball court, big covered porch to sit and relax, and a super nice fire pit with lots of seating. Cozy space for a nice visit/get away! The neighbors are up on the street while we r down behind/below for peace. Says 10 for sleeping cause I have had lots of requests. There is an air mattress available.

We have planted grass on all our hillsides this year - these hillsides become fun-packed sledding hills once we have had a decent snowfall or two! so, if you are coming in the winter, pack your sleds!

Inside, you'll find a workspace, kitchen, two double beds, and a loft with a big screen TV (no internet). A bar is perfect for meals while you watch a flick. Need more space? Add our bunkhouse with 5 full beds, a large TV, and a game table. (Note: Bunkhouse has no bathroom).
