Katy’s home was BEAUTIFUL! The home was stunning and even better than pictured. We had a full group of 10 and we fit so comfortably with plenty of room in the living room/kitchen area to gather. Katy provided an incredible list of recommendations prior to our visit & even had homemade cookies waiting for us upon arrival! We were close to downtown Newport while still being in a serene, beautiful part of town. I cannot recommend this beautiful stay enough!

We had a wonderful stay at Lynette's place, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation getaway. We enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood, daily walks and some beautiful sunsets at Conimicut Point Park, and the less than 20 minute drive to Roger Williams Zoo. The decor of the house is lovely, and the amenities (from the fire pit and grill, to the central A/C and laundry) were all easy to use and in great working order. The hosts were exceptional, providing a set of mixing bowls in less than half an hour, and a same day fix for a minor problem. We'd love to return.

The location and home were even better than expected! The hosts were responsive yet still gave us plenty of privacy, to the point that felt like it was a single unit home. They had a binder with helpful information and great local recommendations, which was awesome. Caught a beautiful sunset from the benches overlooking the water down at the end of the street. Thanks for the hospitality!

This was a great place to get away from the city and enjoy a quiet Thanks Giving with family. The view was amazing with its amber and red autumn leaves. It could have been straight out of a Norman Rockwell painting with a moving train in the distance. I can only imagine how this beautiful view changes with every season. We would have loved to use the spacious deck in the back but the brisk weather did not permit. Our host was available when needed with great suggestions of local restaurants for vegans as well as meat and seafood lovers. The cook in the family found every pot and pan needed for creating a wonderful Seaside Thanks Giving Dinner. There were easily accessible shopping and grocery stores in the area. This comfortable hideaway is only minutes from the airport for anyone who would like to fly in for a weekend retreat. rest assured we will be back.

The home was even better than the photos. It was clear that there was a lot of time and energy put into creating a welcoming unique environment. The beds were comfortable the game room was perfect to relax, play arcade games or work remotely. The fire pit on the balcony was a great touch and welcome after going to the restaurants and locations that were recommended. Shannon was extremely responsive and the guest binder was a great touch. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. It’s the perfect location and place to stay.

Joseph was a wonderful host . Very responsive and friendly, helpful. The house was in a very quiet neighborhood overlooking the water with a beautiful reflection of the sunrise and a beautiful sunset. Small private beach . Nice coffee and cheese shop two miles away with a few fabulous shops. We were there to relax and that's exactly what we did !! Thank you Joseph

I travel frequently, and have stayed at my share of Airbnb’s. I’d have to say that, by far, my dealings with my host have been the most pleasurable yet. It’s great to have someone who takes the initiative to make sure you are not allergic to anything, and proactively checks in with you to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. Additionally, the space is spotless, quiet and well worth the cost. I’d highly recommend anyone considering staying in the area to choose staying with these folks. I’ve enjoyed them so much, I’ve chosen to extend my stay at another one of their properties. Thank you Fernando and Company!

Ashley’s place was beautiful. Clean, well decorated and the views were incredible. We rented this for my sister who had a wedding in EG and it’s very close to town and the airport. I would highly recommend.
