Cozy up in this 2 room suite with attached bath, complete with private patio entrance, living area, large kitchenette, and dedicated parking spot. This suite is attached to our home but separated by a locked door. We are a short drive (5 min) from downtown, 8 min. to the airport, 35 - 40 min from several popular ski resorts. We are next to the Washoe Public Golf Course in one of the most beautiful, safe, and walkable neighborhoods in Reno. We offer EV charging upon request.

While low ceilings in the basement make it feel cozy, tall people over 6ft may feel a bit uncomfortable. There is also a step up into the basement bathroom.

Our home is the first turn off the freeway making this an excellent home for quick access for anyone getting around. Northwest Reno is a fantastic location; very wide verity of restraints, shopping and ease of access. The street connected to the Cul-de-sac is very active and safe, theres walking and riding trails all over the area. Dog friendly backyard with about half an acre to play on.

Cozy lil' comfortable Casa in a serene, peaceful, walkable central location. We are in a nice quiet older neighbor west of the University and north of the casino's and river walk. Per google maps we are .8 miles (17 minute walk) to Circus circus, (and Sliver legacy and the Eldorado are right there as well) The Gold dust west might be just a hair closer. 25 min walk to the Wingfield Park & River walk.. or river soak if you want to cool off in that Truckee River snow melt!
