Cozy up on a stylish sofa steeped in the smart elegance of this bright apartment featuring herringbone wood floors, trendy furnishings, and pops of brilliant blue. Head to the balcony to enjoy mesmerizing sea and mountain views from a quaint bistro table. Large and comfortable living room with smart TV, fast internet, and a dining table with chairs as well as a balcony with seating area overlooking the Kotor Bay. Fully-equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, multi functional microwave, hot plate, oven, toaster, juicer, kettle, coffee maker) available to you as well as all the other utensils you need, First bedroom with king bed and another bedroom with two separate beds that could be put together. A bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine. Apartment is equipped with air condition system for both cooling and heating. It is on the 3th floor of the residential building without elevator. There is parking 1 minute away at the owner property or right in front of the apartment building. If you need anything at all that could make your stay better please don't hesitate to ask, and I'll do my best to accommodate you :) What I love most about hosting is getting in touch with guests with whom both me and my family share the same passion - traveling and discovering great places and cultures. I look forward to welcoming you soon! The apartment is set very near the center and the Old town, just minutes away by foot from historic sites, landmarks, museums, and scenic hiking paths. Waterfront restaurants, charming cafes, and shops are a short walk away. Nearest beach just 100 meters from the apartment. With all of this around, you might just decide to enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony over a glass of wine. 10-20 minutes by taxi from the airport, 5 min by taxi to the bus station. Public transportation 100m. Old town, by foot, in 5 minutes Third floor of the building, no elevator!

Spacious Apartment/3 Side View/3 BDRM/Old City

The apartment is perfectly located in the Old City of Sarajevo. From the balcony you have a lovely view to the City Hall and Trebević mountain. The flat is spacious (93m2) and can accommodate up to five persons. It has a living room, a dining room, three bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, and a kitchen. The building is equipped by an elevator. In less than five minutes’ walk you can reach Baščaršija, cable car to Trebević mountain, and a city center. Affordable parking garage is located 100 m away.

Mountain View, bright, 3-bdr condo, 115sqm2

The condo is located on the 4th floor in a small residental building. It has beautifull view on the mountain and green forest with lot of sunlight. The neighbirhood is quite, perfect for families. The parking is not private it is public and free, witch is located 50m from the building. The condo is near bus station, and it is 10 minutes walk from the coast, 15-20 minutes walk to the Old town. Condo is fully equipted, smart tv 65inch, Marantz audio system ect. There are a lot of markets near by.

Additionally, there is a terrace next to this apartment with a BBQ that all of our guests can use, including those staying in this apartment. Our property is situated on a hillside that overlooks the Dubrovnik marina and other charming parts of town. It offers 180-degree views of the sea and nearby islands.
