BACK TO BASIC Eco-minded self-made garden cabin

If you want to go back to basic, have an open mind and don't need perfection, then relax and enjoy our self-made garden house! We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. The (20 square m.) little house is simple, but under the care of a big Douglas Pine tree and with enough basic elements in kitchen, house and own private garden you can feel relaxed safe and happy! 26 km from Amsterdam 24 km Utrecht 5,6 km Hilversum 200m from nature!

Alpaca guesthouse, 1h from Amsterdam

Guesthouse with kitchen and dining area, spacious living room and dining table. With television, games and free Wi-Fi. Spacious bedroom beneath for 2 people including electric box springs and wardrobe and bedstay for 1 person. Luxury bathroom and above 2 beds. Own entree and terrace with view on about 20 alpacas with different colours, yound and old. 1 hour from Amsterdam and 30 minutes from Giethooorn, Little Venice.Zwolle Hanseatic town only 10 kilometers. Urk, Hattem and Elburg 30 minutes.

Prachtig poolhouse met overdekt zwembad

Luxe wellness aan de rand van het bos op de Veluwe. Uniek gastenverblijf voor twee personen met exclusief privégebruik van het overdekte zwembad, douches, eigen badkamer en (finse) sauna. Eigen inrit en volledig ingerichte keuken in parkachtige tuin. Geen dieren toegestaan! Het gebouw bestaat voor een groot deel uit (deels gespiegeld) glas en heeft geen gordijnen. Op fietsafstand van de Hoge Veluwe, station Apeldoorn en Paleis het Loo. Ideale locatie voor mountainbike, running en fietstochten.

NIEUW: landelijk gelegen B&B

Word wakker door het geluid van de zingende vogels. Geniet met een drankje van de zon op het terras. Spreekt jou dit aan? Dan zit je bij de Bellenhof meer dan goed. Onze B&B is gevestigd in Oldebroek, centraal op de natuurrijke Veluwe met zijn vele fietsroutes en wandelpaden. De Ruimte Onze B&B is van alle gemakken voorzien. Een woonkamer en een complete keuken. In onze slaapkamer met muurschildering is ruimte voor twee personen. Ook is de woning uitgerust met een douche, toilet en wasmachine.

Luka's Hut, eco-cabin with sauna by the river

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Design gazebo in the woods

• The Veluwe is the largest push moraine complex in the Netherlands. On the north-western edge of this forest you find this gazebo near the locally famous sand drift. It sits on 3 acres of woodland belonging to a detached house. • The gazebo is fully insulated and consists of three spaces: bathroom, bedroom and lounge. There is no cooking option, but there is a small oven for you to use. • The gazebo was fully renovated in 2023 and is decorated in a contemporary mid-century modern style.

De Notenkraker: sfeervol voorhuis boerderij

Aan één van de mooiste landelijke weggetjes net buiten het dorp Sint Jansklooster ligt de gerenoveerde bultrugboerderij uit 1667. Het voorhuis van de boerderij hebben wij ingericht als sfeervol verblijf voor 2 gasten die gesteld zijn op rust en privacy. Het comfortabel ingerichte voorhuis heeft een eigen ingang . U heeft de beschikking over 2 kano’s en een heren- en damesfiets. De vele fiets-, wandel- en kanoroutes laten u het Nationaal Park Weerribben-Wieden in alle jaargetijden beleven.

Elburg - Vesting “Bij de jufferen”

In de middeleeuwse vesting van Elburg ligt dit monumentale verblijf (1850) met veel authentieke details. Op de begane grond is de eigen opgang.U kunt daar ook uw fietsen neerzetten. Op de eerste verdieping ( oude steile trap 😉) vind u een sfeervolle living met keuken.Ook is hier de trap naar de vide waar het slaapvertrek is. U heeft beschikking over een eigen keuken met een ( eenvoudige) kookgelegenheid. De groene vestingwal is op 50 meter en U heeft uitzicht op de historische kerktoren

Gezellig huisje, dicht bij zandverstuiving

Deze unieke woning is onder architectonisch ontwerp en begeleiding gebouwd. Landelijk gelegen aan de rand van bos en zandverstuiving. Het Veluwemeer is op fietsafstand. Cultuur en culinair belevenissen zijn er volop in de omgeving. Beneden is alles gelijkvloers. Mensen met een lichamelijke handicap zijn ook welkom. (Hulp van de host, is mogelijk obv beschikbaarheid. Hij is verpleegkundige) Huisdieren niet toegestaan (uitgezonderd hulphonden). Geen feesten! Niet roken in huis.

A stylish cabin dream! This studio looks out into the woods, from an elevation of 1,5 metres, is part of a family estate, & sits at 60m away from the road to the village of Vierhouten. It's not a simple holiday let, but rather a luxurious and comfortable zen suite with a stunning view. With vast woods and heather on your doorstep, one of the most beautiful of the Veluwe region if not The Netherlands. Endless magical forests with a special kind. A four season dream location.

The boat has a wonderful location, in a very quite neighborhood and just 10 minutes walk from downtown Zwolle. The place combines the peacefulness of the countryside being in the city. Parking for one car is available. This apartment will be located in the downstairs floor of the boathouse. Be awared that the boat is divided into two living units that independent from each other will functionate (with every unit having his own entrance, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom).

Een sfeervol voormalig bakhus, met eigen entree.

Het voormalige bakhus is omgebouwd tot een sfeervol appartement . Het bakhus heeft een eigen ingang en is van alle gemakken voorzien, eigen badkamer en een kitchenette met koelkast. Via een korte steile scheepstrap komt u boven in de slaapkamer (tweepersoonsbed of twee losse bedden). U slaapt hier onder de balken. U kunt gebruik maken van de aangrenzende (gedeelde) bijkeuken. Hier heeft u de beschikking over een kookplaat en combi-oven. De reservering is zonder ontbijt.
