Beautiful lakeside villa with private jetty, jacuzzi and a spacious wooden deck that offers sun from morning to late evening. Besides the secluded jacuzzi the deck offers a large bbq great for outside dinners. The house is close to a public beach with a waterslide and bar/ restaurant. The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Här kan du bo i ett hus direkt vid havskanten i Stockholms skärgård. Endast 30 minuter med bil från Stockholms innerstad. Huset består av ett sovrum med havsutsikt åt två håll, sov med fönstret öppet och hör vågorna. Sällskapsrum med fullt utrustat kök, soffa och fåtöljer. Uteplats åt två håll med både morgon och kvällssol. Det finns en liten stenstrand i direkt anslutning till huset, 20 meter från huset finns också en vedeldad bastu att låna. Badbrygga finns 100 meter från huset.

Perfekt hus (15m2) på sjötomt för dig som jobbar, studerar i Stockholm city eller norr om stan, älskar natur, lugn och skärgårdsliv. Huset ligger på den bilfria ön Tranholmen i Danderyd, en ö med bro nu (from 1 november-15 april) och SL-färja (8 min) ToR tunnelbanan "Ropsten". Huset ligger nära stan, universitetet, KTH, Karolinska, Kista, Solna, Sundbyberg, Täby, Lidingö. Ön är 3 km i omkrets, har 200 hushåll, 400 invånare. Roddbåt finns att låna för att ro övers sundet

Välkomna till vår stuga med ett unikt läge på sjötomt i mysiga Gladö Kvarn. Vi är omgivna av stora naturreservat, men endast 10 min med bil, 20 min med buss till Huddinge C. Stor terass med sjöutsikt. Egen sittplats vid sjön. Huset har vardagsrum, kök, sovloft, dusch, tvättmaskin. Handukar och lakan finns och ingår i priset. 500 m till buss som går till Huddinge C och pendeltåg in till Stockholm C, 15 min.
