The Stable Yard, Tranquil stay in beautiful Down

Unique shed conversion with views to the Mourne mountains. A tranquil location situated on our 10 acre equestrian yard but close to Downpatrick and Crossgar with shops, eateries and pubs. A quirky property with two double bedrooms, open plan living/dining with a wood burning stove and fully equipped kitchen. The equine theme is evident in the design. There's a private south facing garden with access to all of our site with panoramic views over Co Down. Off road parking. Horses and dogs welcome.

This is a contemporary self contained studio apartment attached to the main house with breath- taking views of Cave-hill. The entrance is made via an external spiral staircase. It is tastefully furnished with an emphasis on home comforts. It is open plan with a large balcony. This is a quiet private family and equestrian residence - perfect for a country getaway. Your hosts are on site to offer advice & as local restauranteurs can ensure you are pointed in the right direction for dining out.

Croob View Black Hut

Enjoy the setting of this romantic spot on a working sheep and cattle farm in the Dromara Hills, nestled in nature. Between Castlewellan and Dromara, 15min drive to Newcastle, 25min from Belfast. A couples retreat with a new electric hot tub in the middle of a mountain, sheep as the only possible disturbance. Guests are welcome to meet and greet our animals at the gate up to the hut. Honey the Falabella horse, 5 pygmy goat and our Free range hens, who give our guests eggs in our welcome pack.

Guiness Cottage (Drumkeeragh Cottage)

This cottage located in the town land of Guiness, is central to all areas in Co. Down including Belfast (35 mins without traffic - 45mins with traffic), Lisburn (20) & main airports 60mins away. Ideal for commuters & those traveling for work. Set in an area of outstanding natural beauty, Slieve Croob Cottage is emmersed in stunning views, tranquil walks and sensational sunrises/sets. ​ Slieve Croob (Northern Ireland's oldest mountain) and Drumkeeragh Forest are moments from your doorstep.

The Shepherd's Hut, Hillsborough

Escape to our enchanting self-catering shepherd's hut, perfectly nestled in the peaceful landscapes of Co. Down. This delightful retreat features a luxurious hot tub and BBQ, offering an ideal blend of comfort and relaxation in a private setting. Sip your bubbles in the hot tub, and watch the playful pygmy goats—it's such fun to see! Enjoy leisurely strolls along picturesque country roads, explore a quaint local farm shop, or indulge in exquisite dining at The Pheasant Restaurant.

Excellent bus service on doorstop. 2 mins to M1 motorway 10 mins to city centre. Kitchen well equipped with pots pans, crockery, glasses and utensils etc. Salt, pepper, oil, tea/coffee sugar all supplied. Bathroom features electric shower, towels, shampoo/conditioner & shower gel. Bedroom has King size bed.

Our traditional Historic barn has been lovingly restored to offer guests a unique experience in an idillic country location. Nestled within the Dromara hills,you can enjoy the stunning views while you relax and unwind in our private hot tub. Explore the area on foot or bike, squat through the weekend at T3 gym onsite or bring your rod for a spot of fishing on the River Lagan. If you're feeling more adventurous there are countless top NI attractions within a 30 min drive.

The Barn - Hillsborough

A converted barn, a wonderful space for a couple as cosy but also for a family as has a large kitchen. Just outside Hillsborough (2 miles) enjoy the peace of the countryside whilst not being too far from the sights. (Belfast 30 mins, Dublin 1hr 30mins, North Coast, Giants Causeway, 1hr 30mins). Larchfield Estate, wedding venue, 5 minutes drive away. You have complete privacy from us but if you need any advice while here we are just across the yard.

A little piece of history in the heart of County Down, Mason's Cottage has been thoughtfully restored to offer very comfortable modern facilities whilst retaining original features. Perfectly located for a quiet get away, or for the more active with cycling, water sports and hiking all only 30 minutes away. Restaurants, leisure centres, shopping outlet and cinemas are all within 10 mins drive in Banbridge, including the Game of Thrones Studio Tour.

The local surroundings including restaurants, bars and the newly opened Hillsborough Castle.

Our self catering apartment, Spruce Cottage is compact and traditional. The cottage has one bedroom with two single beds, with an adjoining bathroom that has a walk in shower and bath. The living area has a bed settee and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests have free use of the farms play areas, tennis court and foot golf course. Children supervision required.
