The apartment has an excellent location – there is a 5 minutes walk to the Old Town, and Banje Beach is 2 minutes away, descending the stairs. There are two bedrooms, one with the sea view, and the other with pull out sofa bed and pull out chair. Air conditioned. Fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Terrace with a table and a view of the Old Town. Self-check in. Luggage can be left in a locked storage before or after check in at 2PM / check out at 10AM.

The Old City Walls are a fifteen minute walk away. One of the most visited beaches called Bellevue beach, which is reached by stairs, is located nearby the apartment.

Apartment well connected to other parts of the city. Harbor is 5 minutes away walking downhill, offering transportation and daily boat trips to beautiful nearby islands. The Old Town and the closest beach are located either 10 minutes driving or 25 minutes walking.

Apartment Azzur is located in a newly build residential area in the centre of Dubrovnik. Bus stop is in front of the building where you can catch a bus that goes to the Old City every couple of minutes and it is a short 7 minute drive. In the immediate distance there are shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, fitness park and Gruž port. Closest beaches are located 15 minutes away from the apartment as is the beautiful Lapad promenade.

Best View P&K Apartment is situated in one of Dubrovnik’s most desirable neighborhoods—Zlatni Potok—just a 15-minute walk from the Old Town and Banje Beach. The apartment offers breathtaking views of the City Walls and Lokrum Island. Please note that, due to the steep stairs in this residential area, the property may not be suitable for guests over 60 unless they are in good physical condition.
