Apartment is located in Lapad , near the famous promenade, in an old authentic Dubrovnik-style stone house. From the terrace you can enjoy breakfast and partial view at the sea. Renovated with great care, our accommodation will be ideal for larger groups of friends or families. Sunset beach is in 5 minutes, as well are bakery, post office, bank, grocery stores, restaurants and bus stop for Old town just across the street. We have 4 double bedrooms and three bathrooms, easily fit 8 peope.

Vila M is a brand new villa on the market and works have been concluded in 2022, but with oldest cornerstone. In early 60’s well known artist Milovan Stanić created entire project by himself. His family adjusted the project to make some sort of Milovan’s contemporary sustainable museum as he wanted it to be. 4 en-suite bedrooms and 170 m2 of “closed space” is in synergy and continues with 200 m2 of terraces. The 80m2 basement is an open space gallery to honor Milovan's work.
