My stay at Maam Judith's place was amazing and very comfortable staycation. Any concerns I had was dealed right away by the owner and her staff. They're friendly and good service. The room was perfect and complete with amenities. Just make sure to stock some water just in case.

You can expect a very clean, quiet and comfortable place which is as described. The studio was well appointed , tastefully decorated and had ample space for me and my husband. It has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. I was lucky to have found this place. The subdivision itself is sprawling so one can enjoy a good walk ,fresh air and quiet yet it’s so very close to Baybay beach which is where you want to savour all the fresh seafood you can have. Plenty of restaurants to choose on that strip and it’s only 5 minutes away. First time in Roxas, highly recommended!

I’m very particular when it comes to cleanliness, especially when choosing a place to stay during vacations—and this place in Roxas City truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how spotless and well-maintained the space was. The Wi-Fi was fast, the bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. What made the experience even more special was the generosity of the hosts. I arrived several hours before the standard check-in time, but Ms. Aileen graciously allowed me to check in early so I could rest right away. Sir Mark was also very accommodating and respectful throughout my stay. One thing to keep in mind is that the property is a few kilometers away from the City Plaza. However, getting around is not a problem as tricycles—the city’s main mode of transport—are easily accessible and very affordable. If cleanliness and warm hospitality are top priorities for you, I highly recommend staying here.

Ms. Ivanne and her co-hosts were always responsive to our concerns. They were friendly and accommodating which made communication easy. The unit itself is peaceful, private, and accessible. There's a convenience store just a short walk away from the place. The design is modern and everything was spotless. I'm pretty sure the place is new. The towels and bedsheets smelled good, the room smelled nice, and there was ample lighting. Would definitely stay here again the next time I go to Roxas City 😁🫶
