Mooi en ruim appartement in centrum van Moffat. Parkeren kan vlakbij en gratis in High street. Laden en lossen van bagage is voor de deur mogelijk. Het boeken, inchecken en de aankomst voelt wat onpersoonlijk, omdat alles via een aparte website gaat en je geautomatiseerde berichten met instructies krijgt. Veel regeltjes en voorwaarden bovendien. Verder prima en ruim appartement, mooi gerenoveerd en gestyled. Wel veel trappen, dus minder geschikt voor jonge kinderen (geen Traphekjes en kinderstoel aanwezig).

Such a lovely flat at Jens :) spotless and love the decor! Literally 30 secs away from the train station, 10 mins walk to the bus stop and only 1 hour on the bus to Keswick, overall a lovely solo retreat 🫶 thank you again to Amy for helping with the door to the building as it was a stiff.

How beautiful Margaret's place is! The location is stunning and the property itself is very comfortable, cosy and clean. The bed was great too, I usually struggle with beds when we're away as I don't like too soft a mattress, but this was perfect. We would highly recommend a stay here.

A week’s stay here in this really comfortable and well equipped flat. Very nicely furnished and everything working as it should. Peaceful surroundings (except for early morning seagulls!) with lots of free parking available as well as a reserved spot in the car park. We tended to use the street parking as there is a tree over of the reserved spot….. Very well located to get into the town with some good walks along the river. Easy to drive out to touring spots. We really enjoyed the castle at the head of the estuary and the boathouse restaurant on the way back to town. Flat was much more spacious than we expected and was very comfortable. Would happily return if we are back in the area.

I booked Victoria’s place for two nights for myself, best man & groomsmen as I was getting married at the Brig O’Doon. Victoria’s place was ideal and very well situated. It is only a ten minute walk from the Brig and had an iron, ironing board etc. very useful for pressing the night before 😂 Parking is ample for 2 cars or more & it was really easy to check in. Beds were comfortable & the outside spaces are pleasant - would stay there again.

Joanna made my booking and stay stress free and surprised us with a lovely thoughtful welcome gift. The caravan was immaculate and spacious for us to have a relaxing few days celebrating family.

It was a pleasure to stay in this little blot hole. I had everything I needed for my home from home whilst working in Carlisle. The place was immaculately clean, calm and well thought out. I will recommend it to colleagues.

Nicky and Steve are very friendly and helpful hosts. Location is very peaceful with lots of character. Great location for exploring the area. We played golf at Glenluce and Newton Stewart, and there is lot more to do in the area. Pool table very good to have available on the day of torrential Lounge area is very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit the area.

A fantastic little spot, perfect for two folks, very peaceful but had exactly what we needed!

Me and my boyfriend had the most loveliest stay at derek’s flat. He answered any questions we had very quickly and made us feel extremely welcome. The area was beautiful and we went on plenty of walks☺️The place was very clean and so homely🥰🥰We will definitely come back some time…thank you so much!!!!

The flat is spacious and ideally located in the centre of Cockermouth. It was perfect for a family get together over the Easter weekend. Despite being on Main Street it is completely silent inside at night and the bedrooms have blackout blinds. The deli underneath does a delicious breakfast and the supermarket is a short walk. Wordsworth’s is next door if you have an hour to kill.

A perfect base for the start of our Hadrian’s Wall Cycle adventure. We did a Solway loop to Silloth, then Carlisle and back to Bowness on Solway (around 56miles)

I had a lovely, peaceful stay at Karen's flat in Dumfries. The location could not be better. The flat is close to the river for walking and to local shops. Saw a charming film at the Robert Burns Centre. The flat has all the amenities. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything I needed. Highly recommend.

Stayed at Luke’s place for 3 nights. Apartment was clean, well equipped and in a quiet neighbourhood. Good communication from the host throughout the stay.

We had a wonderful two-day stay at the Flat at Aikton Arms. The remote and peaceful location, surrounded by farms, provided a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. While it’s not a touristy destination, it offers a tranquil hideout away from the crowds. Just an hour away, we could easily explore many of the Lake District’s attractions.

What a lovely peaceful getaway this was! I had booked this for me and my boyfriend and it was amazing, we had originally booked for 2 nights and decided that just wasn’t enough so booked another night when we were there. It is around 10/15 mins from villages/towns so very peaceful no noise. The Galloway cabins were spotless and clean when arrived. Hosts replied within a good amount of time when questions were asked and Lorraine was really helpful when we had booked another night. Would really recommend this place and would love to visit again.

Such a gorgeous stay at Jerrys place! We loved the location - easy access to lots of the Lake District. Decorated lovely and a home away from home feel. Staff on site were lovely, and Jerry was really helpful with any questions we had - responded quickly. Thanks for a lovely stay! We’ll be back!

Ian’s place was stunning in every aspect from the cleanliness right down to the location. This Air BnB is a real gem and perfect for exploring The Lake District. Ian is a good host who answered all of our questions. We loved it so much we booked an extra night. Would highly recommend a stay in this Air BnB, we will definitely return.

Just returned from a three day stay at Michael's place. It was fabulous, great communication from Michael, the apartment was spotless ,easy check in, very quiet beautiful setting. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Very convenient for all areas, great walks. Lots of eating places nearby. Swimming pool was a bonus! Would definitely recommend Michael's place. We will go back again !

Absolutely beautiful stay, so clean & perfect! And the views esp from when in the hot tub were unreal! Will defo be back xx
