The place was outstanding and I strongly recommend it to family and friends. It was spotless, cozy, and pleasant, as described. The area is scenic and tranquil with a nearby park and a grocery store within walking distance. I will definitely book again during my next visit to Ireland.

Our stay went very smoothly. Owner was very proactive and nothing was a hassle. Peaceful gated accommodation with a very clean and modern touch. 100% worth the price and I would recommend to anyone. The area is also very walkable with various restaurants, bars, shops and green parks.

Everything I hoped for. Great location. Would stay here again no problem.

Morgan was very helpful and kind. He was responsive and assisted with any needs or questions we had in a prompt manner. Morgan was very accommodating to requests and overall a great place to stay.

We had a great stay at Justin’s apartment. Very easy check-in and Justin was always helpful and easy to get in contact with. Lovely and peaceful area. We had a rental car we used to get into town and found it easy to get in and out :)

The location is perfect. Not in the city nor too far out with a bus stop right in front. Very minor hiccups during our stay which our host constantly communicated to help or send someone to support. The price was really worth the stay & I’m super happy with the airbnb I settled on ♥️ Thank you so much!!

Dave's place was beautiful + views from the windows were awesome. Dave's place was very spacious for the 3 of us (myself, my husband and my adult son). Each bedroom had it's own bathroom which was convenient. The layout of the place was great because the bedrooms were in a separate area of the apartment so a good separation from the living room and kitchen. This was nice because anyone who wanted to stay up later or get up early, it would not disturb anyone who was sleeping. Also, the beds were very comfortable! During our stay we had some questions for Dave, and he was very he responded right away. We were there for my niece's Irish Dance competition in the Dublin area, so we didn't check out much of this outside area of the apartment. However, the coffee shop very nearby (walking distance) had more than just coffee and we did go there for a quick bit and some coffee, and it is a great place + the walk by the water was very close. We were very pleased with the Dave's place.

De ruimte bij Derina is brandschoon..modern en van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles voor je verblijf is aanwezig. De instructies zijn duidelijk. De omgeving is prachtig en het verblijf is een goede uitvalsbasis voor activiteiten met en zonder openbaar vervoer. En dan t allerbelangrijkste..Derina is een geweldige en behulpzame host en ze reageert altijd heel snel. Hier gaan we echt wel een keer terug komen...

Rory and Yvonne were excellent gracious hosts - and we were very grateful that they allowed us to stay in their cozy little studio which had everything listed (and more than you could even have hoped for). These are two hosts that clearly go above and beyond for their guests, to make sure they feel comfortable, and to allow them to make the most of their time in the lovely city of Dublin and the beautiful surrounding area of Dalkey, Sandycove etc. Rory was very proactive in his communication with us, even allowing us to check-in early which we really appreciated, as well as checking in on us that everything was alright! Honestly, I cannot speak highly enough of the place and of these two - if you’re looking for a place to stay for a little trip to Dublin and its environs, then this is the place to go. I certainly know where I’ll be staying if we come back!

It was a real privilege to stay in this historic property in a very tastefully restored and decorated conversion of the stable block. Very modern, comfortable and spacious throughout, Helen was extremely helpful and on hand throughout our stay, offering local dining recommendations. A very peaceful location in the grounds of the main house, within easy walking distance of Killiney Beach and very pleasant neighbourhood . Would highly recommend this property.

The location is absolutely perfect. And Angela and her family were the best. Super helpful and treated me like a friend. cannot recommend this studio highly enough.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden, sogar eine nette Terrasse gibt es. David hat uns sehr gut informiert, so dass wir keine Probleme vor Ort hatten und ihn nicht erreichen mussten. Die Bushaltestelle ist gegenüber und man ist schnell in Dublin. Eine Autovermietung ist gleich ums Eck, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ein Pub und Geschäfte sind in direkter Umgebung. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und die Leute waren sehr freundlich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen!

Great value place to stay in a lovely coastal location with very easy access to Dublin city centre and surrounding tourist attractions via the DART and buses. Several nearby places to get food including a café and pub right next door and a large supermarket only 10 minutes walk away.

Rosa was the best host! We were nervous about navigating around town, and she provided great recommendations and advice. The place had every thing we needed, and Rosa was alway quick to respond to any of our questions. Can't rave about our stay enough!

Peter was very helpful and everything went great!

Ho passato la mia prima settimana a Dublino da Mohammad. Era tutto come nelle foto e nelle descrizioni, casa molto pulita e ottimi spazi personali per fare rilassarsi e cucinare. Mohammad si è mostrato molto gentile e disponibile in tutti gli aspetti. Consiglio per chi vuole stare fuori dalla città.

Pour mon second séjour à Dublin d'une semaine, j'ai de nouveau logé dans le quartier des docks the point. Ann est super et la chambre proposée parfaite. La salle de bain et la cuisine sont d'une propreté exemplaire également. Un bus G1 et G2 à proximité vous conduit à Temple Bar en 12 minutes (ce bus fonctionne la nuit également). Le tramway vous conduit également en 15 minutes au centre ville. Ann est une personne gentille qui répond rapidement à vos requêtes. Le quartier est très calme et la résidence très sécurisée. Je recommande vivement.

Priya was an amazing host. She was very responsive, very patient to me messaging her and very friendly, both her and her husband. Our flights were delayed and she was there waiting for us and it wouldn't take her more than 5 min to respond, given that we arrived at midnight. Most certainly recommend this place. 4.9/5
